Open scope project, initially focused on the frontend of the mobile application and later expanding to cover the entire infrastructure, including the web version and administration. In addition to correcting the platform's operating problems, the scope involved the development of new features and integration with partners.

Additionally, a comprehensive analysis of the infrastructure was carried out to optimize performance and reduce costs. Finally, indicators were also analyzed through the development of a dynamic report.

• Stabilization and availability of the application within the launch deadline
• Reduction in infrastructure costs (around 70%)
• Increase in in-app grades (around 35%)
• Decrease in support cases

Yes. The proposed features were always delivered within the proposed deadline. Fleye provides a completely honest and transparent service, and we have nothing to complain about. We are very happy with Fleye.

• To create an administrative platform to be able to create training sessions, manage classes, and generate training reports by franchise.
• The goal was to create an app for students to schedule training sessions for footvolley and other sports such as beach tennis and functional training. The app also allows for reviews of the lessons provided by the instructors, as well as for following the news from the SQD school. Additionally, the app supports a franchise model, where a student can train at more than one franchise location under the same plan. It was also possible to rank the students through the app, thus making the training sessions more competitive.

The objective was to create an application for students to schedule footvolley and other sports training sessions, such as Beach Tennis and Functional Training. The app also allows users to review the training sessions conducted by the instructors and follow the news from the SQD school.

Additionally, the app supports a franchise model where a student can train at multiple franchises with the same membership plan. Students can also be leveled through the app, making the training sessions more competitive. An administrative platform was also developed to create training schedules, manage classes, and generate reports on training sessions per franchise.

The platform accepts payments from students through an integrated payment gateway that supports payment splitting. The idea was to transfer the enrollment fees to the franchisees, with the ability to configure the transfer amount via the administrative platform. Key deliverables included:

• Student Scheduling: Enabling students to book training sessions for footvolley, Beach Tennis, and Functional Training.
• Review System: Allowing students to review the training sessions and instructors.
  News and Updates: Providing news updates from the SQD school.
• Franchise Support: Supporting a model where students can use the same membership across multiple franchises.
• Leveling System: Implementing a system to level students to make training sessions more competitive.
• Administrative Platform: Developing a platform for managing training schedules, classes, and generating reports.
• Payment Integration: Integrating a payment gateway that supports splitting payments, with configurable transfer amounts to franchisees.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has significantly improved our operations. Managing training sessions is now much more straightforward, with clear visibility and control over enrollments and sessions, thanks to detailed reporting. Moreover, student satisfaction has greatly increased. The ease of booking sessions has been well-received, and the app is very popular.

Their project management was excellent. They consistently delivered items on time and maintained clear communication throughout the project. The design team truly understood the concept behind the app, creating a solution that perfectly represents SQD. Whenever we had specific needs or adjustments, they were responsive and flexible, addressing our concerns promptly and effectively. Overall, their approach ensured a smooth and successful project execution.

What I found most impressive and unique about this company is their ability to understand our business and build a solution that truly meets the needs of our real customers. Their approach to design is exceptional, ensuring that the final product is not only functional but also aligns perfectly with our vision and goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fleye could have done differently?

While our overall experience with Fleye was excellent, one area for improvement could be reducing the number of repetitive meetings. Additionally, there were times when we used more technical terms that initially caused some confusion. However, with feedback, this was adjusted effectively.
