Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an executive at Amplify Consulting Services, a consulting firm that helps small businesses prepare and plan for mergers and acquisitions transactions. We started our company roughly five years ago.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with FounderBrands?

We needed help developing a plan for outbound marketing and support in developing and publishing content. We also needed support managing inbound messages related to that content.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

FounderBrands provides social media marketing services on X and LinkedIn. The team primarily creates social media posts in text form. When possible, they also respond to inbound comments on our social media posts on our behalf and provide requested documents (e.g., lead magnet) to prospects who need help getting started on their plans.

What is the team composition?

We work with an account manager, someone who records and develops content, and a few people who help write the copy.

How did you come to work with FounderBrands?

A friend referred FounderBrands to me. I had a good discussion with them, and they seemed like they could help me organize my efforts.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $2,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with FounderBrands in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before working with FounderBrands, I had a small but fairly consistent number of contacts and people who viewed my LinkedIn profile - about 75-100 on a 90-day trailing basis. Since I started working with FounderBrands, my profile viewers have significantly and consistently increased, at the latest count to almost 3,000. My LinkedIn posts regularly register thousands of impressions, with several over 100,000.

On X, I started with a much smaller presence - approximately 15 followers. Since I started working with FounderBrands, my contacts have increased from approximately 75. I’m posting daily, and I’m seeing good levels of engagement.

How did FounderBrands perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a single monthly bill, and I haven’t seen any issues with the budget. We have conversations once or twice a month to develop ideas, and FounderBrands provides a workflow to edit and publish content. The team is responsive and thoughtful. We communicate through Slack, email, Metricool, Riverside, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

FounderBrands has helped me be more disciplined and organized. The team is highly professional, and I enjoy working with them. They know what they’re doing, and I’ve been impressed with their level of professionalism. FounderBrands provides a service that I cannot handle myself, and I feel good knowing that intelligent and experienced people are working with me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. I have my own individual challenges, but I don’t think that’s something they can do for me.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

FounderBrands can help you be systematic and develop a process, but you have to engage in that process to drive results. I try my best to stay on top of the content that is being published. I make sure I’m in front of the daily requirements, read what gets posted, and engage with the people who interact with me on the two platforms.

Growth in social media metrics (followers, impressions, engagements) and increased lead flow.

I’m the founder and CEO of Shoff Accounting, a financial services company. We specialize in business accounting services such as bookkeeping, tax planning, and tax preparation services. Our goal is to help businesses nationwide increase profits, reduce tax liability, and develop effective financial strategies. We set ourselves apart through world-class customer service.

I needed relevant content generation that would assist me in developing my personal brand on the X social media platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of work with FounderBrands?

FounderBrands interviews me about once a month to ask me questions about my business and industry. They then take the recorded interview and create relevant social media posts for me to help me further develop my personal brand. The main deliverables are long-form text posts.

How did you come to find FounderBrands?

I discovered FounderBrands through the X social media platform. I got to know Collin (Founder & CEO) by connecting with him on X. He’s a great business leader, and I believe he’ll lead FounderBrands to deliver great customer service.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025, and the project is ongoing. I plan to work with them long-term, possibly for years to come.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of FounderBrands’ content is amazing and has improved over time. My social media metrics, such as followers and views, have also improved over time. I’ve gotten two new clients for my business from the social media posts generated by FounderBrands. My following on social media has increased by about 30% in four months, and the new clients have a lifetime value of about $30,000.

How did FounderBrands perform from a project management standpoint?

FounderBrands delivers on time and responds well to my needs. I have a FounderBrands employee as a contact who does most of the operations, and Collin checks in to make sure things are running well. We communicate via Slack, email, and Metricool.

FounderBrands' approach is very personalized. Their process of interviewing someone about what they are doing and creating social media content from the recorded interview gets great results.
