• Firstly, I can't express my gratitude enough for Four by North throwing us a complete life line at the last minite to help us produce and launch our report.
• With very little guidence, Four by North took our transcript and produced the most incredible artistic report, it was better than I was expecting it ever to be.
• It was delieved on time, with exceptional commucation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

FourByNorth's sprint method set up milestones for both our and their team to reach, with concrete actionable outcomes at the end of each sprint. We concluded each sprint with product and resources that included: 

• a tightly defined technical and creative direction and framework for our creative team to work within
• a resource document of copy that was implemented into our branding, PR and product pages
• a developed and launched cutting edge website with functional CMS for internal editing capabilities for future revisions.

FourByNorth has perfected their sprint timelines with regulated check-ins and deliverables schedule that results in no functional delays to the project. They had a keen sense of the speed with which they operated, as well as making a quick study of our capacity to respond with needed collateral within specific schedules. 

The required assets and feedback timing that they required of us was clear, and manageable. When delays occurred on our end, they were able to accommodate a restructuring of the sprint timeline, and plugged us into a future set of dates.

FourByNorth is driven by client ambitions more than any other company I have worked with: our needs come first and foremost, and we felt no resistance when our vision shifted or took a different direction than what they or even our internal stakeholders may have proposed throughout the project. Theirs is a method to take our needs, reviewed through their strategic and functional lens, and output the best in class result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something  Four By North could have done differently?

If anything, we should have been more focused in utilizing our time with FourByNorth more effectively: they could have let us know what a well-organized ship they were running!

FourByNorth has spearheaded two site redesigns for Bodine&Co. In 2016, this included an extensive branding exercise and site overhaul, including all design and content development. In 2022, FourByNorth refreshed their prior graphic design and user interface work to support our evolving business focus.

We've worked with Four By North for over 6 years. The team has been our exclusive design services vendor for all things related to brand strategy, visual design, user experience design, web design, brand positioning, and many other projects over the years. They've helped us develop and adhere to our brand guidelines, provided product positioning and strategy guidance, designed countless websites for both customer and internal applications, developed logos for new products, produced product videos, developed Microsoft Office templates in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint for all of our client deliverables. Their skillset is extensive and their abilities span from graphic design production all they way up to brand strategy.

They are transparent when some tasks are running long or require more effort than originally expected. There are rarely any surprises about expectations and delivery dates because the communication is so professional.

All of their design services are strategic in nature and they work very collaboratively to ensure we get the best outcome. They are also friendly and fun to work with — I look forward to our planning and delivery calls.

We had regular catch-ups with Erin (CEO & Founder) who helped develop the articulation and narrative of our story, and Jesus (Design Director) who worked up the visual design before committing it to wordpress. We were shown the site through the design process enabling us to make changes / tweaks as we went.

We have received a wealth of positive feedback on the website for existing clients who have commented that our branding and services come through extremely clearly and the end product tells our brand story in a very clear and succinct way.
