Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm one of the Partner of a creative agency and design studio based in Milan, Italy. I'm also the director of brand experience design. Our project was in collaboration with a global company in the energy industry.

Enel is always keen to apply for sustainable innovation solutions. We helped them accelerate sustainable mobility by creating a web application where users pledge to replace bad mobility habits with new, more sustainable ones.

We have a 10 years partnership with Frankhood and they take care of the technical part of our Key Client Projects.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Race to Change is an ambitious project, with the help of Frankhood for the technical side. It's an online platform where participants have the opportunity to replace their bad mobility habits with new, more sustainable ones: walk, bike, take public transport, or drive an electric car. An online configurator calculates in real-time the CO2 emissions avoided, based on the choice of the user.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The Frankhood Team was composed by two Front End Developers, two Back End Developers and a Technical Project Manager. The whole Team worked amazingly and we always received full support from them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In just 10 days from the launch date, we collected the pledges of over 7,000 participants in 35 different countries, avoiding more than 1 million kg of CO2 emissions. The technical performance of the website was great, as well as the consistency of the components developed and their quality/adherence to the design.

They are self-structured, very creative, well organized in IT consulting and I would say totally on schedule. Transparency in communication within the Frankhood organization is a must and that’s why they can be such reactive and reliable at the same time. It is very simple to cooperate with them because they never neglect us anything.

Moreover, they really go beyond any fixed technical goal we have. Also, their post-delivery support is truly appreciated. They are confident with Google Apps, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira and every project management tool that is required by our clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dynamism and their powerful know-how generate customer satisfaction. They truly work with passion and their technical, analytical, and project management skills are powerful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our continuously changing world requires us to keep updated on technology, but also on business evolution. Frankhood is able to manage the whole of that. They just have to push themself to keep on striving for excellence.

Hello, I'm the product/project manager of the leading donation and reward crowdfunding platform in Italy, managed by a Fintech startup specialized in crowd economy, sharing economy, and open innovation.

We asked Frankhood to customize this crowdfunding portal straight to our needs and they have has used their expertise in client-oriented development to create a product that would have helped us to be hand in hand with technology.

How did you select FRANKHOOD and what were the deciding factors?

The first version of our platform has been written in Python-Django. We were looking for a new technical partner to modernize the platform and at the same time to integrate new features, without stopping our business. During our search process, we found out that Frankhood was one of the most high-quality Python-Dhiango development company.

The outstanding FRANKHOOD Team was formed by two Frontend Developers, two Backend Developers and a Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In 2019, the platform raised over 3 million euros, with 50,000 donations to more than 4,000 funded projects. That’s the meaning of courage, quality, commitment and talent, something that Frankhood is a source of.

We literally let them do what they thought was better for our platform. There was, there is and there will be always a transparent trust relationship between us, that we know they are able to create their own challenge to let their clients over satisfied.

Here we were working with a very old platform, the core of our business, and we needed something completely new to keep on growing. They did, facts are louder than words and if we raise the bar being the top crowdfunding platform in Italy, is also thanks to their amazing work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to always be bold, the way they are capable to generate success stories with hard-working and pragmatic mindsets.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to improve their positioning on the market, for sure they’re working hard on it, and I hope this review can truly give a demonstration of who they are because if this world is meritocratic, they deserve all the best.
