The Free Website Guys were a delight to work with! They offered progress updates via slide decks three different times to demonstrate what has been done to the website. They even provided a variety of informational youtube videos that demonstrate how to navigate everything which I found extremely helpful. Additionally, they were also very patient about working with me and maintained outstanding communication throughout the entire project.

The fact that a company such as The Free Website Guys can potentially do something like build a complete, comprehensive website for an entrepreneur such as myself, when I don't have the time and am on a tight budget, for little to no money.

The only area, which was more the exception than the rule, is that, on occasion, it may take them a few days to respond to an email question. Fortunately, I had planned far enough ahead for the launch of my new business, that this was never really an issue on the odd occasion that it may happen.

I must say I was afraid to start a website and thefreewebsiteguys team helped me to take action and they have done a tremendous work, helping me step by step and even providing video tutorials to help me understand how to manage my website. 

I'm still working on some details on my website but I have no words to express how I was impressed by their good customer service, patience and work ethic. Don't hesitate to give it a try, it's worth it!
