7. Providing me with directions and documentation at the end so I would know how to use, customize, and edit my site

I mainly worked with Sven, the CEO, however, I know that the entire team is involved in the process as some of the videos and documentation I would receive via email from Sven included their collaborative effort.

The team utilizes Google forms, YouTube videos, screen recordings, and PDFs to help guide you along throughout the process. It is so helpful and beneficial because each of these tools helps to keep the process as simple, efficient, and focused as it is.

Their process is so well-organized, concise, and simple. It is very clear to follow and they will ensure you that you know exactly what they are working on when and why. You won't be left wondering what's happening.

I think that their process is perfect. They were extremely helpful to me when I didn't understand parts of it and had questions- they were very patient, kind, and ensured that I understood everything.

I have never seen such an efficient and clear way to work while creating a website, from breaking down each piece into a simple step to providing videos supporting what I had to do... simply amazing.

That all goes without saying that the work you have done is spotless, the website looks exactly like what I wanted, I didn't even have to ask you to install all the necessary plugins, you took the initiative to do so already (amazing), you took care of installing Google Analytics and explaining how to use it... honestly, I'd recommend you to anyone wanting to create a website. I own a freelance content strategy company with a target audience of women in aesthetic medicine. I have wanted to learn Wordpress myself and build my own site, but don't have time to do it from ground zero.

I needed a sophisticated, stunning yet simple website that would be attractive and straightforward. That can be a challenging concept to convey; but the FWG understood what I meant.

I also wanted a basic one built but that I could take over so that I have complete control and learn along the way. Also a challenging concept for many to grasp, but one which FWG embraced.

There are a few costs involved, not for The Free Website Guys but for peripheral suppliers - e.g. for hosting the site and website themes (if you choose not to use a free theme) but these costs were explained along the way and Sven managed to get a big discount on an alternative (but still professional) website theme for me when I explained that I didn't have the funds for an all-singing, all-dancing theme.

I would highly recommend The Free Website Guys. The whole process was super easy. They were very nice to work with and they explained everything clearly and responded quickly.

Of course there is a lot of work involved to populate the website with your content and images once it is built, but The Free Website Guys have sent very clear videos to explain how to do this.

All in all, the process has been very smooth and easy to follow, and I have really appreciated the friendly approach and simple instructions sent by The Free Website Guys. I would definitely recommend them!

We were interested in the business model, as it provided us with a cost-effective means of creating a website, which is an essential part of our business. We understood that the web page would be simple in design and that's all we were looking for.

After I submitted a form that detailed what kind of website we were looking for (page layout, information, photo and video placement etc), the FWG quickly saw to the development of my Wordpress site.

As they made progress, they gave me clear action steps I needed to complete (i.e. creating an account, sending a photo of my logo) in order to move to the next steps. In summary, the development of the website was step by step.

FWG's clear communication made this process not only achievable but enjoyable. We also communicated effectively over email, I had no problem getting a quick response from the team if I had any questions.

I received communication from one person who I believe is one of the owners of the FWG. I am not sure who else in their team worked on my site.

As we have not launched the website publicly yet due to adding in information and media, there are no metrics I can provide. However, the template of the website the FWG have created looks very clean and is easily editable.

The business model is unique. Offering a basic package which is free is a brilliant way for newly formed businesses to develop an essential asset at the lowest cost price. And as I now trust the FWG, I will most likely use them again for more detailed adjustments.

Once they finished with the website, they sent over details and videos on how to further customize the site to my liking.

They followed their timeline as promised (I was slow on my end which is why the project took longer) and were able to deliver my website in the time they said it would take.

I found the free website guys in a friend's facebook group. I had no idea what to expect but it seemed like a great opportunity, since I wanted a website for a new business and know nothing about web design.

I was very happy with the early communication and decided to try them out. I have to say, they exceeded my expectations. There were no hidden charges. It was completely free and they were completely transparent about any affiliate links they recommended.

Step by step, they took me through the process of creating a hosting site, a wordpress account, a theme, and any back end steps that needed to be done by me. Meanwhile they set up the back end of the site and kept me apprised of all steps along the way. Once I picked the template I wanted, they had me make a screencastify video to show them how I wanted to template modified.

They did a great job of adjusting the site to my needs. they were also very careful to put in privacy and security checks, analytics, and so much more to make sure my site runs smoothly and effectively.
