Periodic emails provided updates on the project, with attached Progress report that contained all the details. The website was made available to me as soon as it was set up, for review and comments.

The instructions were easy to follow and the team was quick and patient when it came to answering questions. As a client, I felt taken care of and I knew that my project is in good hands.
