We will seek land properties for a developer / investor for construction of production, logistics, commercial, office or residential buildings. As a provider of integrated services, we prepare the logistic and design concept, including the building permit.

As an investor we will build the structure in a build-to-suit model or search for a suitable storage or production building developer. We will handle commercialization of the commercial or residential buildings. We provide comprehensive services for investors, from seeking land through to handover of keys to the building.
