F.U.L.L. is the abbreviation that stands for First Ukrainian Local Laboratory. It will combine both the bar and the laboratory, and will be focused on cocktails as well as Ukrainian bar culture. I am the manager of FULL BAR.

We talked about our tasks. We began to collaborate on the development of our website. Agency staff provided examples for the development of our website and its design. There were several stages of agreement on various details. Then we got the finished product.

Most of all we contacted Maxim (the head of the company) and Mergen (PM).As well as a team of agencies that helped us at different stages of our collaboration.

O! It was fortune. I thought about changing our web for a long time)).And when it was about to happen, I met CEO and founder of Goodface in the plane.

Goodface was responsible for design, concept development and usability improvement. They delved into all the business processes of the company and implemented all the design improvements.
They were also responsible for the software part of the site (Frontend and Backend). They designed the website from scratch and connected it to the WordPress CMS. In addition, they were engaged in filling content for the site. We continue to work to this day. They are engaged in promoting SEO and content.
What was the team composition?
The development team consisted of approximately 8 people. The team could grow as needed and the tasks that faced it. Communication with the development team was maintained through the project manager, who divided tasks into sprints and monitored the timing of their implementation.
We worked on an agile system, which helped to quickly and accurately make corrections to the development and finish the project on time.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
There was no goal for the project to influence business. We needed a comfortable site on which the necessary content was placed as conveniently and informatively as possible.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We regularly connected with project manager and CEO of Goodface. It was really life connecting and life project with good result. Our Account Manager was impressively calm and responsible with terms and replies.
