What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw better quality inquiries come through from Google Ads, with less wasted spend on clicks that weren’t relevant to our printing services. The campaigns became more focused, the reporting was easier to understand, and we had a clearer view of which ads and keywords were actually helping generate leads.

Google Ads can be confusing, but Andy (Founder) explained what needed to change in plain language and focused on the parts that would help our business. We wanted help getting more of the right people to find our party kits and themed events through Google, especially customers who were already searching for party ideas, group activities, and event entertainment.

Google Ads Guy reviewed our existing Google Ads setup, helped refine the campaign structure, improved the keywords and targeting, and made sure the ads were focused on people actively looking for party kits, event ideas, and group entertainment. They also helped with ad copy, budget direction, and reporting so we could understand what was working and where inquiries were coming from. Although their main focus was on the Google Ads side, they also gave practical feedback on the landing pages so the traffic had a better chance of turning into inquiries or bookings. It was helpful because the ads and the website experience needed to work together, not separately.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started seeing more relevant inquiries from people looking for party kits and hosted event options, rather than general traffic that was unlikely to book. The reporting also made it easier to see which campaigns and search terms were bringing in better leads, so we had a clearer idea of where the ad spend was actually working. We mainly looked at inquiry quality, cost per lead, and which search terms were turning into genuine bookings or strong leads. We also paid attention to wasted spend because reducing irrelevant clicks was just as important as getting more inquiries.

How did Google Ads Guy perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was clear and easy to deal with. They communicated what was being worked on, explained any changes in plain language, and kept things moving without us needing to chase them. Everything was handled in a timely way.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was how clearly they explained the Google Ads side of things without making it overly technical. They focused on getting better quality inquiries, not just more clicks, which made the work feel much more practical for our business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing major comes to mind. The process was smooth overall, and any questions we had were explained clearly. Maybe a little more upfront guidance on what to expect in the first few weeks would have been helpful, but once things were underway, the communication and reporting were easy to follow.
