Transition all of our existing NetSuite, Amazon, and ShipStation integrations over to Celigo.

Finished the project a head of time and have been instrumental in long term support to help us to continue to scale our integrations.

Clearly defined all SOW activities and build a timeline that would meet our schedule. Communicated effectively over zoom, email and Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have worked with several different integration companies and NetSuite support and Hairball/Diego far surpass any of the prior experiences. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to use them as we scale the business.

Nope, was the best service I have used.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have 6 Integration groups with a total of 41 custom flows. This is not including an integration group for Shopify/NetSuite with all the flows (10) within it updated.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Hairball was very professional with how they managed both the project and our needs, which didn't always align. Whether we asked for a waterfall or agile management of flows, they aligned with our needs. The majority of our requests were completed on time, those that didn't were primarily due to testing, bug fixes, and (needed/requests) changes in scope.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I thought their ability to adapt to our needs and work within the framework that we could provide them was great. Our subject matter experts were scattered and sometimes non-existent. Hairball.IO was patient and a willing partner to help us achieve our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hairball.IO could have done differently?

I think the toughest thing was the initial lack of documentation and in code commenting. However, we did discuss this early in the project as something that could take a back seat as we were pressing for time to complete the integrations. This has all either been completed or in the process of completion, however.

I am the Manager of the Marketing/Ecommerce department of our pool construction, maintenance and pool supply retail store.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hairball.IO?

To help us with the integration of our Netsuite account into our Shopify store, to be able to integrate our inventory correctly. We decided on Celigo as the connector but then found ourselves having to figure out how to integrate it.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were recommended Hairball, and once we talked to them, they made the solution sound so easy. The ease of use, price point, and flexibility were the deciding points for us.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

When you purchase Celigo, you are offered a group integration, but our company is on the smaller side so we don't have a team of people with the time or resources to do the training, we needed a solution that would hold our hand without drowning us.

The service package included weekly calls to help walk us through the process, a customer success manager who helped actually create the mapping systems, they have a lot of knowledge of Celigo and its processes as well of Shopify and Netsuite/Oracle. It took an about a month, customer service was wonderful with our queries, especially in the testing phase.

We had two resources a project manager, and a customer success manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They finished everything in the allotted time, but also allowed a window of time for us in case we had more queries, and also offered a maintenance package that is very helpful, because it lets us be independent, but know incase we have an issue there is help.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly zoom calls, sometimes two. They were friendly, concrete, and extremely professional. The representatives knew what they were doing, and were patient with us on the other side. Certain errors that showed up, because of issues on our end, they were very responsive in helping us correct them in a very timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having someone do this process for us, and then handing it back to us, was very cost-effective for us. We don't really have an IT department.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the moment any issue we had was really from our side, lack of knowledge of mapping and Shopify. Actually more than anything grateful for their patience.
