We hired Humanpower for finding suitable warehouse for our logistics base in Sofia. In addition they proposed to us a project for hiring people from abroad on a long term contract. Now we are in the last stage of the project and we expect our workers to arrive in a short period of time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Human Power recruits Java and DevOps engineers for our projects. For this project, they were tasked with recruiting five resources within our budget. Our goal was to build a new Java development team with resources that were already trained. Human Power took over all the prospecting and initial interviewing; they presented us with ready-to-hire candidates. Our team lead manages all the developers Human Power provides.

We've known Human Power for over two years, so when we needed help, they were a natural choice.

We’ve invested €20,000 (approximately $21,000 USD) with Human Power.

Human Power has managed to deliver resources that fulfill our requirements. They’ve sourced quality resources within a month, which is impressive because quality developers can be challenging to find in Bulgaria. Human Power always meets our KPIs.

Human Power has met every deadline we gave them. We work virtually with them and use Trello, Slack, and email to communicate.
