Arch makes Bitcoin programmable, without changing it. Financial applications like payments, yield markets, stablecoins, and real-world assets can now settle on the world’s most trusted network.

• Handle our re-brand and manifesto launch, including a new website and complete overhaul of all our content visuals, as well as full marketing services to support our mainnet/TGE launch

1. Strategy & Project Management
Dedicated Strategy Lead / Account Director as main point of contact.
Responsibilities: Oversee relationship, manage workstreams, provide strategic guidance.
Deliverables:

Brand and campaign strategy
Research & audits
Positioning and messaging
Async reporting via Slack + check-in calls
2. Growth Marketing
Growth Strategist to support tactical execution and campaign design.
Deliverables:

Tactical audit and campaign recommendations
Campaign ideation, management, and KPI tracking
3. Creative & Design
Creative Lead and specialists deliver campaign assets.
Deliverables:

Creative direction and concepts
Visual assets (static, GIFs, 30s motion graphics videos)
Up to 2 revisions per asset
Note: Long-form videos, 3D, live-action, or pixel art are out of scope and require separate scoping.
4. Social Media Management
Social Media Manager to handle growth and engagement on X/Twitter.
Deliverables:

Account audit and onboarding
Tooling setup for social listening
Growth strategy (reply-guy tactics, retweets, engagement)
Content calendar creation, management, and scheduling
5. Brand Development
Creative Director (brand specialist) to elevate brand and site presence.
Deliverables:

Discovery and concept phase
Figma brand guide and visual library
Updated landing page emphasizing institutional tone
Note: Services will be rolled out in phases (not all simultaneously). Team members work across multiple accounts and are not full-time dedicated staff.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Social reach (impressions, engagement, followers, etc) as well as outcome deliverables related to succesful adoption and usage of our blockchain.

Delivered items on time, and were good about keeping on us to deliver what they needed to succeed. Also responsive to what we needed from them, including ad hoc requests with shorter timelines.

Their organization, pace, and structure - they were consistent in communication and it felt like we had another steady internal team at our disposal to work through challenges and accomplish our goals.
