Incrementors Web Solutions provides SEO services for us. Initially, I prepared a brief for them. We want them to improve our keyword rankings, so we've given Incrementors Web Solutions a list of keywords for them to work with. They’ve been trying different things to improve.

I found them on Reddit and Google. My initial point of contact from Incrementors Web Solutions was more proactive than other companies, so I chose them.

We pay them $1,750 every month. We've also paid an additional $1,000 for other work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's still a bit early because SEO takes time and is very fluctuating, so I'm not sure how to define the results yet. We've had our ups and downs, and at one point, Incrementors Web Solutions didn't do their job properly, but we've been able to come up with a plan to pull the results back up. Still, it's only been four months, and it takes at least a year to truly understand whether an SEO project has been successful.  

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been okay with the delivery and responding to our needs. We primarily communicate through a WhatsApp group. They have been constantly improving. They are doing their best to deliver the result with proactive communication.
