Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the general manager and artistic director of Ballet Tompkins du Québec, a nonprofit ballet organization.

For what projects/services did your company hire IND Films, and what were your goals?

We hired IND Films for multiple occasions of filming and photography for photo montages and publicity ads as well as the recording of our own performances.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

IND Films came as a reference and we thought that would try them out. We're nothing but pleased.

IND Films submitted a proposal. And then we signed the contract and we did a very professional shooting. For our shows, we basically followed the same procedure. And it wasn't long before we got our final product.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Both Israel Bonequi and Brendan Skorski were excellent at their work and treated me and my staff with the utmost respect.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every year, IND Films gets to know our organization better and better and caters to our specific video needs.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We would regularly meet on Zoom for preliminary meetings and everyone is always punctual.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very open to the criticism that we give them and are happy to make modifications to the final products upon request.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was nothing they needed to improve on.

We focus on promotional videos including sales, trade show, and production promotion videos in multiple languages. We worked together with IND Films from concept to pre-production, production and post.

We maintain our branding as a leader in the artisanal beverage industry in Canada.
