Dynamic travel agency with innovative possibilities. Czech joint stock company travel agency - Flexi Tours Group a.s. The unique technology system that powers Flexi Tours brings  tremendous flexibility, efficiency and the possibility of a dynamic offer. Connections to key global partners bring a wide range of  accommodation and other services. The operating principle allows for more favourable commission schemes  for partners and distributors.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire INVENTI to accomplish?

• We managed to build a dynamic co-lex platform that automatically creates product packages consisting of accommodation, flight and transfer on the client's request on the web. The platform connects both the suppliers of the items in the package and the sellers of the packages.

Analysis & project management, QA, development and delivery of a digital tour operator platform. The platform includes:

Backend system for continuous calculation and management of available tours

XML export for travel agencies

Booking support system

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of the project, the dynamic platform with API integration was launched in June 2025. The testing phase was conducted and its features rolled out as expected. In the event of minor deficiencies, Inventi responds quickly and fixes the deficiencies.

The project management is strategically planned smartly and done well. Consultations are ongoing. The project was delivered on time. They respond quickly and flexibly to our requests and needs, addressing them in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is a team of IT specialists who are able to quickly understand the customer's needs. They spare no time to understand the exact details of the customer's requirements. They have great project management, are well organized, and regularly consult with the customer on the progress of the work by systematically following up on their requirements. Last but not least, they are able to communicate well on IT project issues with the customer's team members who do not understand IT issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something INVENTI could have done differently?

We have no complaints about the cooperation, we are satisfied.

Inventi provided us with a dedicated team for both management and custom software development. They set up the entire infrastructure and handled everything from backend and frontend development to testing and integrations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the key measurable outcomes was the successful launch of the first MVP version of our software, delivered on time and within budget. 

The backend and infrastructure they delivered have proven to be stable and scalable, with no critical bugs in production and 99.9% uptime since deployment.

The project management was professional and well structured. The team kept us informed at every stage, and key milestones were delivered on time. When priorities shifted (which often happens in a startup environment) they responded quickly and flexibly.
