After an initial talk and walk through of what I wanted the work was undertaken. At every stage I was in communication with Mark, an excellent member of ITGeeks. If I needed to speak to someone he always offered me a link to share the screen and listen to my requests.

The site has only just been published but I m thrilled at how it looks and how much easier it is to navigate for my clients and customers.

Mark was excellent at always communicating and being patient with my requests for changes or additions. I cannot praise him enough and very grateful for his patience

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was really impressed at how they implemented metafields and build additional factors that may have not been on the original template.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was quite happy to wait (although if I did wait it was not for long and for good reason). The end result was wonderful and I got very excited to see how my clients find it.

Our website had many third party apps running off our domain on Shopify. We had to redo our pop ups for our customers subscribing because we ended up not being able to amend it ourselves on any of the apps, we literally couldn’t find the source of the files. Our auto response emails were also not working and we had to recreate those too.

We searched Shopify Experts Market and found IT-Geeks there, and they seemed to have a good track record, reviews and a good amount of jobs done too.

The team communicated with me to fully understand our goals from the beginning. Any work they did they would send to me for a preview. They were really intuitive with the style and colour palette of our company and they pretty much nailed it from the beginning. They created a new pop up, fixed our linked buttons on the VIP page, and created new auto response welcome emails to our VIP subscribers along with auto emails to customers requesting them to confirm their email address, this has to be done on MailChimp and synced with shopify.

Customers haven’t registered any trouble with signing up to our VIP list. All our contacts are synchronised across all 3rd party apps with shopify. Our email campaigns are back to 100% efficiency.

They responded to me both via email and on the shopify expert market platform and they also called me on my phone when need be.

They’re tentative behaviour made me feel at ease. I knew the job was going to be completed efficiently and properly.

Their work has been instrumental in guiding us through the web projects. We’ve relied on them heavily as an outside contractor thanks to their expertise in their field. For us, the project’s overall success is how they make everything work in a fast and responsive manner.

They’ve been able to stay within the established deadlines and budgets. Regarding tools, we’ve used Trello, emails, and Skype.

I worked with Eva, we mostly communicated with emails and in case of any confusion we schedule a zoom meetings so that we can be on the same page and we will be able to finish the project quickly.

The website looks great, responds fast both on computer and mobile devices. I would recommend IT-GEEKS to anyone who needs an inspiring and responsive website.

There was daily meetings to make sure that we were working together to complete the project and not against each other. the zoom calls and emails kept us aware and on the the same page of progression on the project.

I was most impressed wit Eva the project manager's ability to put into action what I spoke in words and she brought to life.

Everything was great and exactly as I wanted. The website redesign and with a new attitude could not want anything to be different.

We developed a custom design for the new store. IT geeks created a filter option and a new calculator option which makes our website user friendly! Amy Jackson was available every step of the way and helped me create new ideas that make a high end website.

They answered all of my questions perfectly. They knew exactly what I was looking for when I had an idea about the website. IT Geeks had an incredible knowledge of Shopify and were able to teach me how to use the backend.

The tasks we asked of IT Geeks were completed ahead of time, and to a very high quality. Exceeded our expectations!

The team is professional, communicative, and has delivered a high-quality output.

It would have been nice to have a call at the start of the process as I thought I would need it to clarify the tasks, but it ended up being fine commincating via the messages tool on Shopify Experts.

Our website was created over 10 years ago and was outdated. We were building out a new feature for traceability, which allows customers to enter a code on the back of the bottle to find out who produced their honey. We searched online for web developers and shortlisted four of them. I interviewed them and after a brief vetting process decided on IT Geeks Because they knew exactly what we needed and based on their past web development experience, looked like they were able to do a great job.

We had to initial meetings to determine our needs, and the Web team got started on building out a preview site. We passed it back and forth for over a month, adding new features, changing colors and fonts, and getting it dialed in.

A project manager was our main point of contact for the project. I also spoke with the owner of the company for our initial consultation appointment. There were other web developers, but I never spoke with them, nor did I know how large the team was.

The website looks great, and functions perfectly. It has not yet gone live, so we are looking forward to seeing the outcome

We communicated via email and Zoom. They did a great job keeping in constant contact, and sharing updates sometimes multiple times a day.

They gave us a professional looking site that Has all the high end functionality we were looking for. They were extremely quick and making changes, and exceeded our expectations for timeframe. They did graphic design for us as well, and it looks great.

They did an outstanding job and exceeded expectations. The website has not yet gone live, and We are waiting to see how it functions once it does.

After launching our new design our conversion rate on our site jumped 1%. Which is huge with the amount of traffic we send there! Our customers and internal team also love the new slick design.

We were able to get on a call within a few hours and I had a detail proposal in my inbox within a day. At this point, I was assigned a project manager, Eva, who has been with me every step of the way. I can say nothing but great things about her communication and ability to keep the project progressing smoothly. We communicated back and forth numerous times throughout the project regarding all aspects of the migration, home page, collection pages, product detail pages, etc.

Just from looking at their Shopify Marketplace profile, I feel like they are a one-stop shop for all Shopify related tasks. From theme development and site optimization to SEO.

We had a customized website theme template that we wanted to update to Shopify OS 2.0. We were worried about all the custom coding and apps, etc. so felt it best to bring a competent team in to complete our update.

We have worked with ITGeeks for multiple projects and this our second theme update to Shopify OS 2.0 and choosing them as our dev team was a no brainer based on past project completion and competency.

Bringing our entire store over to the updated version of Shopify Online Store 2.0, so we could leverage the features that accompany the upgrade. We had custom coding for unique and branded visual display in addition to multiple apps for functions that exist outside of Shopify's native functionality offering.

Eva Williamson was our project manager and though she introduced us to Rahul, we really only ever needed to interact with Eva. She quick and competently communicated all of our needs to her team which quickly delivered our desired outcomes. Eva was a super effective communicator and if there was ever anything we weren't 100% clear about, we would jump on a quick and simple zoom meeting to clear it all up. They had great project management skills.
