ITcare

ITcare is a network engineering and managed NOC firm founded in 2021 by senior telecom and infrastructure engineers, each with 15+ years in production ISP and data center networks. We are ISO 27001 certified and operate under Moldova's IT Park program.

We provide three core services:

Managed NOC Services. 24/7 network operations center coverage for ISPs, WISPs, data center operators, and cloud and hosting providers. We monitor, triage, and resolve incidents in your network, or augment your existing NOC team with a dedicated pod of engineers.

Professional Network Services. Architecture, design, audits, migrations, and deployments across BGP, MPLS, EVPN, and segment routing. The same senior engineers who design your network also operate it.

Professional DevOps Services. Automation, monitoring stacks, and infrastructure tooling built for operator environments.

We also build HORA, our AI network operations platform. HORA investigates alerts, correlates events across the network, and drafts root cause analysis before an engineer opens the ticket. We built it for our own NOC first and run it in production today, with every change reviewed and approved by an engineer before it is applied. Our customers get the same platform that runs our operations.

We are vendor-agnostic by design. We partner with and resell across Arista, Juniper, HPE, and others, so the platform we recommend is the one that fits your network and budget, not the one a single vendor pays us to push.

Our engineers hold expert-level certifications, and we run production networks of our own, so we operate as practitioners, not consultants. Most of our customers are in North America, the UK, and Western Europe, and we cover their networks around the clock.
