We hired JAGAAD to optimize our Blog which is a key driver for our non-paid online customer acquisition strategy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We scouted different vendors with similar skills however JAGAAD emerged in terms of code quality, devops, analytical and specific knowledge of the technology.

We needed to put secure our CMS , implement a multi-language system and best SEO practices.

i am delighted by the drive they put into the project and the fact they were acting as if it was one project belonging to them.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Agile style, asking for requirement themselves, defining the problem together and deciding the best solution together. Slack and jira were used.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They consulted us on every angle, including processes, which we appreciate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

i know it would increase costs, but i would have loved to have a staging env set up by them in their infra instead of ours, since this would have cut down time.f

The challenge was to integrate from legacy platform into the new one more than 130 API integrations in a scalable architecture and infrastructure.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Jagaad was already expert into APi integration due to previous work and for this reason we decide to externalise this development to parellalize also the supplier integrations.

The work was a completely bi-weekly sprint scrum team where we were able to deploy new integrations every two sprints.

A tech lead managing the entire team plus 5 developers

1 new integration every two weeks, reduce of error rate from partner and increase of the conversion rate in our website due to better availability sync with partners

The Jagaad company was recommended to us by a person we have great confidence in, and after an interview we found an agreement. Trust continues to be well placed.

The activities are many, but the stages of processing can be summarized in the exhibition, evaluation of the feasible solutions, and finally tests on the activities carried out.

The team provided by Jagaad is made up of a Project manager and a developer.

Jagaad helped us keep the project up-to-date and bring solutions based on changing needs.

The workflow is supported by constant communication aimed at finding the optimal solution.

The unique feature of this company is the willingness to deal with the customer by listening to their needs and finding solutions to reach the goal in the best way.

One of the strengths of JAGAAD is their ability to find areas to improve and take action to do so.
