Navathome Australia is a successful online training company focusing in the area of marine navigation using innovative online interactive self paced lessons.

We requested Jhavatech to develop an application to support our current students by presenting the information on a mobile device in a different way to the online course material to help with students different learning styles.

Jhavatech approached the concept in the say way as we envisaged it, and had a development approach more in line with effective execution rather than consideration for detailed assessment phases that would not provide value for this level of scope.

3. Once completed the status is updated and the user is informed

Their output resulted in 100% good verbal feedback from the clients. It saved 50% of work that should have been done manually in hardcopy paper forms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Jhavtech assigned a PM to the project and communication was seamless via phone and email. Issues were logged on an online platform to track progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The customer service was great!

Everything went well, however it would be great to meet face to face which is not easy in these challenging times.
