They keep us apprised of industry-wide updates and how that might impact our pages, always providing recommendations on what we should specifically do. 

They regularly report on the efficacy of every tactic and how respective initiatives are driving our growth goals. We meet with them biweekly to discuss key deliverables, make decisions together and discuss what's next. they are also great about bringing additional resources to the table when we have questions outside of our scope and serve as a true thought partner. 

We are currently onboarding them for paid search as well.

Our day-to-day point person is incredible about keeping the project organized and keeps things simple for us so it's not too much to consume. The team uses an effective project management tool that is easy for us to follow and use, too.

They really go above and beyond! Here are a few examples:

• Their CEO had a call with someone on our side, and had his team do free work for us. He's extremely knowledgeable. He made predictions about how the new content his team produced would affect our SEO. So, we tracked the data over 30 days in Google Search Console, and he was right. That's how we made  our hiring decision.
• We needed some (out of scope) work done so their CEO helped us hire someone external to achieve that - he even wrote a job description for us to post on Upwork.
• They seamlessly collaborated with our design partners to make user interface changes to our website. I'm pretty sure all of this was very out of scope work they did for free.

Kanbar Digital was around before I got here, but Khalil had already worked with a previous colleague here that referred his agency for their services. I've worked in the industry for over 12 years and I always learn something new from Khalil and his team.

Kanbar provides us with weekly updates in the industry based on those, updates and changes they suggest for to make. If major changes are done in the industry, we create a strategy around the changes. Other projects include new product launches, expansion of the website, and expansion of content and how Kanbar suggests we do this. They prepare templates to help us structure landing pages the correct way top optimize for SERP rankings.

1-3 depending on their positions. Copywriting, analysis, data integration, etc. Kanbar Digital has provided other one off services when needed, but SEO is what we mainly work with them on. Excited to see what else they continue to offer as they continue to expand.

The majority of our projects have overachieve or bare minimum, reached their goals. The ones they don't are because we didn't execute them on our end for lack of manpower. We dominate with SEO compared to our competitors, without our strength in this area, we'd be suffering in sales.

Khalil and the team are very resourceful. The main tools we use are GA and SEMRush, but they have access to many other tools that provide more insightful information. We also refer to them when we're vetting other digital marketing tools as they are very informed about others in the industry.

Although a very young agency, their results are amazing. Khalil's background and knowledge is beyond any regular SEO expert. His understanding in web development takes his SEO knowledge to another level. On top of that adding his expertise with branding and advertisement, they're a full-package agency.
