We needed a business consultant who could help us clarify the way forward. We had the initial idea of what we wanted to do but didn't know how to start and scale the business yet. We needed a clear business plan and growth strategy to see us through our first 12 months.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We set targets in our business plan with a number of sign ups we wanted to hit and how we were going to get there for each month starting in January, so far we have hit the first 2 months targets and have already surpassed month 3 targets of 50 monthly sing ups.

Very easy to get hold of and made communication really straight forward. Kaitlyn was always there to answer our questions, big or small and she always set out clear deliverable deadlines. We asked her what she needed from us to get started and she made it super easy. She's easy to work with and made us feel more comfortable in the whole process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their knowledge and experience. You see consultants always bragging about how they've worked here, there and everywhere but when you sit down with them they are very generic in their approach. Kaitlyn was able to draw on her experience and create a tailored, bespoke plan for us which made us feel at ease and very comfortable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The KCC could have done differently?

Honestly for what we needed she was spot on, I have the feeling Kaitlyn could've given us more if we had asked but at this stage in our business we didn't need anymore than what she provided. She was brilliant and we feel very good that we have a solid foundation under us now that Kaitlyn helped to build.
