I’m the CTO and co-founder of Brevian, an AI-powered sales intelligence platform that analyzes customer intent and sales processes to provide real-time coaching, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights. We help B2B sales teams accelerate deal cycles and boost conversion rates.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire KeyValue Software Systems to accomplish for your business?

We’ve been partnering with KeyValue to build our platform, and they’ve been the engineers behind the product since early on.

What was the scope of their involvement?

KeyValue has developed our platform’s agents, AI workflows, LLM, backend, and frontend. The team has taken ownership of the project, surfacing issues early, proposing fixes, and following through until they’re in production.

We work with 2–5 teammates from KeyValue.

Someone referred KeyValue to me. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit and had aligned company values.

We started working with KeyValue in January 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

KeyValue has delivered features on time and owned a few features end-to-end.

KeyValue has delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

KeyValue Software Systems's ownership and drive are impressive. From day one, the team has treated the codebase like founders would: asking hard questions, pushing back when something doesn’t make sense, and shipping with a level of care that’s rare in any engagement, let alone an outsourced one. The line between “vendor” and “team” disappeared in the first few weeks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team was able to finish the modules well in time, for our Product Update launch towards end of 2022.

The project management by the team was impeccable. They integrated with our team so seamlessly that it didn't feel like working with a vendor. The professionalism shown by the KeyValue team throughout the tenure is commendable and it helped us wrap up the project well in time.

The bar for communication and coordination is very high at KeyValue and that ensured that they were always 100% in sync with our team. It led them to deliver high quality work in the said timelines, which is a difficult undertaking for most development studios I know.

5. Building and integrating an Analytics engine 
6. Integrating 3rd party services such as Singpass, Chargebee etc.

Key measures for progress or success include: 

• Adherence to product roadmap schedule 
• Technical strength of the team which helps to plan and scale the product sustainably
