Develop an iPhone App to allow a national team of Field Technicians to update SD Cards used in company's equipment with new software and database files.  The project involved building out a backend system to allow upload of various files to be used for the 'update' and control different versions and packages. On the front end, the iPhone App was to have a simple interface without giving the Technicians many choices or requiring many selections.
The challenge was to leave some files undisturbed on the SD Card, while updating other select files via an iPhone dongle. The second challenge was to allow the update for software and database to occur together or seperate depending on the need of the particular equipment.

Timely delivery of the App and meeting the exact functionality requirements.

KLIK assigned a Project Manager, an Analyst, and a developer to the project.  All did a great job organizing the requirements and delivering what was promised.

We were looking for a Managed IT Services provider that could provide 24X7 support across a diverse geographic area.  We were also looking for them to provide cybersecurity services and also dedicated onsite resources.

The MSP needed to have strong cloud and engineering capabilities and operate within strict SLA committments.

It has been now almost 5 years since our initial engagment and they are continuing to provide excellent value and service.  We have significantly improved our IT operations and streamlined technology processes.  They are now assisting us with new ERP implementation and security hardening initiative.

We have a dedicated Service Delivery Manager who provides updates to our executive team.  He also managed internal and external resources and makes sure our projects are tracking on time and on budget.  All project are managed through a management platform and we have real time access.

  • During the Quarterly Business Review, Klik Solutions has recommended the implementation of Microsoft's BitLocker to provide full disk encryption.
• Proposed Solution and Managed Services:
  • Klik Solutions recommends implementing Microsoft BitLocker to address Premium Care USA's requirements and to enhance their overall IT environment.
  • By implementing this solution, Premium Care USA will benefit from enhanced security via the encrypted drives.
  • Furthermore, Klik Solutions' Managed IT Services will complement the proposed solution by providing ongoing monitoring, maintenance, support, and maintain the BitLocker recovery keys in the Premium Care USA Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • With their expertise in managing similar environments, Klik Solutions ensures that the solution operates optimally and aligns with Premium Care USA's goals.
• Integration and Synergy:

• Klik Solutions discussed the proposal in detail and made some adjustments based on our needs and budget.

Our plan was to migrate our email users (split between two domains) from the Zimbra email platform to Microsoft 365. Due to the nature of our business, downtime was very limited and email communication was a strategic business component.

A seamless migration to Office 365 with as little downtime as possible, and no loss of data.
