What was the scope of their involvement?

Kochanet, LLC has developed an iOS and Android mobile application. The team has also created a database structure for the app, a manager portal accessible through the internet, and an admin portal for my team to access. Moreover, they've connected our app to AI and worked alongside us to develop proprietary system prompts. The team has also trained our models on specific context needed to get responses dialed in. In addition, we've spent a couple of weeks mapping everything out and getting extremely granular with what was realistic and necessary for our MVP and what was not. Kochanet, LLC's attention to detail and ability to justify each one of their recommendations with sound logic has really stood out.

Kochanet, LLC has explained every step of the process beforehand and delivered our project on time against a tight deadline. We communicate via virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really thought from my perspective as the founder and tried to maximize the value of my dollar with every decision they made. They also thought of numerous potential edge cases well before these errors happened and thought of potential problems I would have never considered.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw measurable outcomes, including improved app stability, bug fixes, and continued development of core features such as real-time chat and media sharing. The platform became more stable and closer to a production-ready version for both iOS and Android. We didn’t track specific numerical metrics, but the improvements were visible through better app stability, fewer bugs, and more reliable performance during testing.
Feedback from testers indicated that the app became more stable and reliable after the improvements. Several issues were resolved, and the overall user experience improved. Testers also commented positively on the cleaner and more modern design of the app.

How did Kochanet, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management was organized, and communication was clear throughout the collaboration. They were responsive and kept us updated on the progress of the project. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was the improvement in development quality and the more modern approach to the platform. The team helped make the app more structured, stable, and better organized compared to the earlier stages of the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were satisfied with the collaboration and the results of the project. Like in any development process, there are always small areas that can be improved, but there was nothing major that affected the overall experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kochanet, LLC, designed the product and user flow and developed some backend functionality. The team used Figma for the design and created an ETL and user database in addition to the login functionality. In addition, they integrated the subscription services and OTP

We worked with Luka, but I don't know how many members from Kochanet, LLC were assigned to our project.

We worked together from July 2024 to September 2025.

We had weekly meetings with Luka.

How did Kochanet, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Luka was responsive, but we had many issues with the scope of work and collaboration with the backend team. However, these weren't Luka's problems. The project was never finished, and we ultimately terminated the engagement. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by Luka's honesty.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We should've set clear project goals and a roadmap from the beginning. We should also have set success criteria to ensure the work was tracked properly.
