I was the Sr VP for Beta Health. We were a discount dental plan operating across the country in growth mode. We were ultimately rolled up into Delta Dental of Colorado. I’m the director of product growth and integration.

We hired Latitude 40 Consulting, Inc. to support Beta Health. We needed help modernizing the front-end business approach through upgrades, integrations, and maintenance of backend systems, as we attempted to scale from an outdated, local, hands-on company to a national, self-service company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Latitude 40 Consulting, Inc. has acted as a full operating partner to the business for multiple years. They’ve supported the transition of our system from physical servers to the cloud. They’ve also integrated our systems into other modern SaaS platforms, enhanced system performance through debugging and code overhaul, and acted as a key business partner in achieving goals through the use of our technology.Specifically, they’ve integrated with HubSpot (CRM) and Recurly (subscription service). They’ve also built an API that helps connect to our website and these other platforms. Our system was built on an outdated platform, which they’ve upgraded.
