We selected leadwolf after tracking the results they achieved for several local companies. Their marketing efforts are extremely fruitful.

Oscar helped set up all of our marketing channels including IG, FB, Youtube and linkedin. Most importantly he did consulting on our online marketing strategy helped us set up google ads. He also worked with our web developers to make sure our marketing goals were aligned.

We are at the beginning of our campaigns but we have already doubled our click through, traffic and signups.

We met weekly in person followed by daily email correspondence. They were extremely timely in their responses.

leadwolf is a not just a content company, they have the ability to not only create content but also help with your marketing strategy using social media channels and google ads. They even helped us with web design and strategy. They are the one stop shop if you are looking to get your product or services to market.

I would recommend they advertise all of the other services they offer besides content creation

I worked with the owner, Oscar. He is very fast and very responsive. And he genuinely enjoys what he is doing .

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to work quickly with Oscar to generate a high number of video segments that we could then use on our clients' social media. These clips are highly valued by social platforms, so his ability to maximize our time/content, meant we had more to work with which always makes a client happy.

I cant say enough about his timeliness. As for communication, we relied on email leading up, but we even starting texting about ideas or editing options or new things once we finished.

I really think the two things that stand out are his willingness to make sure we were happy with the end product, he wasn't just trying to shoot, edit and move on. He clearly values building relationships with his clients. And I must mention how aware he was of our timelines. Very appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Im sure if we could meet in person before shoots we would be even better off, but that's not realistic on my team's end for most content creation shoots.

This was a 10 minute gear demo and play through video that had to be very high end. The goal was to look better then all the other featured artists.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I hired Lead Wolf for a personal project since I had contracted them out several times for my company for commercials and social media 30 second posts and really enjoyed working with them in the past. Oz is friendly, creative and super easy to work with.

We did a quick discovery meeting, followed by storyboarding. Day of the shoot went very smooth and Lead Wolf brought additional lights and fog in a can then I had anticipated. I felt like they wanted the final product to look even better then my expectations, which made me feel even better. After shooting that day, I was sent a rough draft a few days later with the ability to notate. After a round of edits and revisions, the final version was ready to go and uploaded.

I worked with Oz and Regina. Good feedback and positivity the whole time. They made me feel good about performing.

Communication was always very prompt. We spoke over the phone, text, email and did revisions through annotation on the video itself through online software that Lead Wolf provided.

Probably the best quality video production in San Diego, especially considering the cost of the project. I will 100% recommend Lead Wolf to anyone that wants a high end video or commercial.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was very content with the whole process. I know there is always room for improvement, but I cannot think of anything for Lead Wolf other then needing more of their expertise to grow my business GraphicLab.

We were in the process of looking for materials to support our business and after researching several options, I talked with Oz at LeadWolf and after speaking to him and learning about his background in marketing and how solidly he understand the value of visual storytelling for business, it was an easy choice to make.

After deciding to work with Lead Wolf, Oscar had everything prepped, planned and easy to work with. We had an initial strategy call where we reviewed goals, needs and ideas. After this, we did a quick touch base the day before then went down to the studio and he had everything ready and good to go.

The process of filming the video and taking pictures was easy, Oz made it very comfortable and walked through every step so we were flowing nicely by the time the camera started recording.

I worked with Oz (Oscar), hence the title. Everything was easy and fluid. The turnaround time was really quick and didnt even have a need for changes on the videos. He was open to whatever I needed, but i had no feedback. It was great!

Oz did a great job of putting the video together and helping me look like I wasnt a total bafoon in front of the camera. Which in itself is beyond impressive. The video are going to be placed on our website and used in social media for the company.

We communicated mainly via email and phone for this project. Whatever tool Oz used, it worked well, took about 24 hours from filming to delivery or project.

The team was easy to work with and made being in front of a camera sound good and fluid. We rehearsed talking points, some ideas of direction to go and had a lot of fun just trying things out that fit my personality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, not from my experience. I was probably the biggest "needs improvement" part of this deal.

The videos Lead Wolf produced completely exceeded our customer’s expectations. Each video was posted on our customer’s websites and YouTube. Lead Wolf has one of the most professional teams I’ve ever worked with — they’re budget-sensitive and produce the most high-quality work I’ve ever received from a video production team.
