Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-founder of Projection Finance We are a fintech web3 startup that wants to help users to create financial projections and stock simulations on their Ethereum and DeFi protocols, you can create scenarios and visualize the impact that it can have on your different positions on your portfolio, no matter if you have a simple token, or positions in DeFi protocols, and the idea is to be able to simulate actions within its protocols by selecting the appropriate scenarios.

The idea is to be able to create investment strategies before executing them for real, to anticipate risks, to know the financial health of your portfolio, to learn how to secure your positions and avoid liquidations

For what projects/services did your company hire LeverageUX Design House?

By giving a prototype and a pitch of our idea our goal was to achieve the realization of a UX/UI interface easy to understand and to use for our future users, we are on a slightly innovative product with a certain complexity, there are a lot of KPIs and interactive charts, the challenge was to put all this in order in an elegant and ergonomic design, adapted to our market, to obtain a design allowing us to create an innovative product and to be able to target and test our target users before a possible fundraising

How did you select this vendor?

We chose leverageux because we haven't found a design agency that is better in what we want to do, given the quality of their work, their portfolio and the fact that they are specifically specialized in finance, fintech, the world of banking and therefore charts, KPIs and more or less complex tools, made us say that this was the agency we would like to pursue the development of the product and design By discussing with the agency heads we didn't hesitate very long and we started working together without hesitation

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Upstream we provided our prototype which was really not at all ergonomic nor design but which takes the basic idea of what we want to do.

After many exchanges and feedback to be sure we were on the same wavelength we could see that everything was very clear and the first wireframe really corresponded to our expectations, this was also the case for the UI and we decided to go on a double theme dark and light after exchanges and the presentation of a moodboard It is thanks to our numerous exchangesw question answer, followed by project and our meetings that everything was very clear and precise

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are two founders and we were able to exchange with very reactive project managers as well as two UX and UI designers who complement each other very well, think together to find solutions and be dort of proposals both on UX and on UI

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We think that the final result is really perfect and corresponds to our initial expectations, we will start the front end development and then integrate the back end very quickly The set of documents provided helps us to achieve this development work, we are also reassured to know that if we have any question we will have an answer to allow the smooth development and that communication between designers and developers will be easy in case of doubt or questions related to elements of design and interactions

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project managers allowed us to coordinate the meetings, to follow the costs, and to be able to estimate the deadlines and remaining costs as the project evolved, as well as to manage perfectly the planning of the exchanges and calls

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really impressed by their level of expertise and understanding in front of a complex and hard to explain product, Alex one of the designers with whom we spent the most time to explain the interactions managed to understand us, understand our logic and translate it into UX terms, their knowledge in Web3 and DeFi is impressive and even essential otherwise the exchanges would have been complicated, because there are technical words like wallet, bundle, metamask, portfolio, protocols or positions...

And there, on the contrary, it was easy to speak the same language, the same lexical field and to move forward quickly

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In addition to the quality of their work we really enjoyed talking with the whole team, there was always a good mood and we were able to laugh about different topics, while being serious about the work to be done, a great atmosphere during the exchanges, moreover I have great difficulty speaking English orally even if I am trying to improve, there was no problem at this level there I was helped by my partner and I was able to express our ideas that were understood thank you!

The project started with a mood board and lower fidelity mocks, then transitioned into higher fidelity versions of each page and experience of the website. Midway thru, we got feedback from our customers and did a retheming of all the existing assets. LeverageUX also provided several iterations on logo designs.

Primarily worked with 2 people, Andrew K. who was the designer and Anastasiia K, head of production, who oversaw the work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are not yet launched and don't have this feedback yet. We agreed to share the feedback with LeverageUX after we launch.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Slack for daily communication and scheduled meetings as needed. This worked very efficiently for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

LeverageUX Design Agency is very flexible and agile. We did a retheming of all the created assets midway thru the project and they were able to accommodate us timely.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None for our project.

I’m the CEO and founder of Frugal, a budgeting and financial education application geared towards target markets, mostly women.

We needed their team’s UX design efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LeverageUX Design Agency designed a clickable prototype for us. We provided them with the product description and discussed the themes of our personal money management app.

They implemented UX design solutions based on the information we supplied and additional research on their end. We needed the prototype to be clickable to proceed with the testing stage easier, so their team also considered that specific functionality.

We worked with Ana (Head of Production) and Daria (UX/UI Designer).

I found their team online after searching for potential agencies to partner with for this project. Their portfolio was convincing and credible, so it motivated me to contact their team and eventually hire them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration with LeverageUX Design Agency ran from May–June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our internal team is still in the process of building the product itself, so our startup hasn’t launched yet. However, I could definitely say that LeverageUX Design Agency delivered satisfactory results that led us to the development of our prototype, which we’re excited to share with our users for testing.

We mainly communicated via email. LeverageUX Design Agency had excellent communication skills throughout our partnership. They kept us updated every step of the way.

The design looks nice, and I am currently in the process of programming it. If I had tried to do it myself, it would not have looked nice.

We had a few calls right at startup to get a feel for my needs, then their team worked on their own.

This company had a very fast response time and very fast delivery of results.
