Overall, there was nothing significant Litchi Solutions could have done better. The project was managed very smoothly and met all our expectations. If anything, additional documentation or extended onboarding sessions could be beneficial as the system continues to evolve, but this is more of an enhancement than a shortcoming. We were extremely satisfied with the collaboration and the final result.
