Business analysis, process mapping, and development of an integrated system to improve warehouse and warehouse logistics processes. As standard warehouse solutions did not suit our needs due to our regional office status, where we cannot use the head office systems but need to integrate with them, and the existing solutions in our country's market do not allow for such integration, our task was to create a custom system that: 

• a) Could integrate with the head office software; 
• b) Would take into account the specifics of document flow in the regional office's country; 
• c) Could automate processes from receiving goods at German warehouses to their arrival at both our warehouse and stores, as well as to subsequent representatives (distributors). 
• d) Would expedite processes of goods acceptance, documentation preparation, and subsequent logistical pathways. 

As a result, we have already received a demo version of the system and are extremely satisfied, anticipating its use and the facilitation of our operations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As part of our collaboration with the contractor, we were granted access to the contractor's CRM system, allowing us to monitor the entire workflow process, assess progress, and evaluate the course and speed of work. This enabled us to ensure everything was in order and progressing according to schedule. The demo version was presented to us two weeks ahead of the planned schedule, which greatly pleased us.

I have not worked with IT contractors before, but I am confident that the management of this company is outstanding! Our project manager deserves an 11/10 — such attentive, polite, and clear communication with us, and the project exceeded my expectations. It feels like I am in the most reliable hands, where they hear me, understand me, and will precisely do what is needed, when it is needed, and in the best possible way out of all the options.

The entire team's work operates like clockwork. Every online meeting leaves an impression of the highest level of professionalism. The project manager is excellent, and the development team asks only clear questions. The business analyst grasped all the company processes with half a word. I am delighted with the entire collaboration. Even the demo version surpasses our expectations.
