Logic Square Technologies builds custom software for companies whose operations are too specific for off-the-shelf tools. We've done it since 2012 — it's the whole company, not a side practice.
We're veteran-owned: SDVOSB, HUBZone certified, and SAM registered. For clients selling into government or regulated markets, those certifications create real procurement access. Just as important, a veteran-led shop runs with discipline — clear communication, accountability, and follow-through from scoping to delivery. Founder & CEO Vineet Harbhajanka brings Amazon experience. President Tim Branyan is a service-disabled USAF combat veteran and founder of TrueFanz. CRO Silouan Green is a former USMC aviator.
We handle two kinds of work. Operational software — the systems that run an existing business, including loan-closing platforms, school management, field operations, and transaction-heavy back offices. And product software — where the software is the business, for founders who need to reach production quickly and reliably.
Our track record speaks for itself. CloseWise runs engineering behind more than $21 billion in loan closings. TrueFanz grew from idea to launch to 200,000+ users. Smoothire supports roughly 180,000 candidates and has been in production for two years. For CES Schools, our platform cut accreditation-audit prep across ten Cognia-accredited campuses from days to under four hours.
Before writing code, we work through the build-vs-buy-vs-AI question honestly — sometimes the right answer is not to build at all, and we'll say so. We work in small dedicated teams with a reachable project manager and US–India time-zone coverage. Most of our clients come to us through referrals.
We have four offices: Kokomo, IN; San Diego, CA; Kolkata, India; and Gurugram, India. US-based ownership with engineering depth across both countries.
If your software problem is specific — or your product is the business — that's exactly the work we want.
Logic Square Technologies offers competitive pricing, with project costs ranging from $1,000 to $150,000, depending on the project's complexity and client size. Clients appreciate their value for cost, noting flexibility and responsiveness, along with a commitment to project success.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of closewise.com, a machine learning AI built into a document signing and business management solution.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Square Technologies?
I needed help with developing this solution based on the vision that I had for it.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Logic Square has helped me develop and design my whole product from scratch using MongoDB and React Native for the development and Adobe XD for the designs. Initially, I went with them with a high-level idea of what I wanted, and we took it from there. For this product, they essentially helped me add some machine learning and automation into an integrated management system.
When a user receives an order request, we can pull that order request and insert it into our system automatically without having someone go in and enter those data points. Once our software pulls that data into our order system, it goes into our auto-scheduling system.
Then, this system sends the bids out to available signing agents, who can accept our counter those orders within our bidding system based on customizable settings. This system also facilitates automatic scheduling so that users don’t need a scheduling team anymore.
Additionally, we provide users with a lot of transparency with our lifecycle tracking, where they can see what happens during the lifecycle of an order. On it, users can see order confirmations, upload and download documents, and use secure communication portals.
Logic Square has helped us add accounting features to get rid of third-party accounting systems. On top of that, they’ve added our own payment processing system, an expense tracking feature, and a contractor payroll feature, and we’ve automated those features based on personalized settings. Moreover, they’ve developed some review analytics functionality for companies to track their business metrics.
In addition to their design and development work, Logic Square has done some SEO work for us. For this part of the engagement, their team has helped us with backlinking and keyword research, and they’ve created some social content for us.
What is the team composition?
We have over 10 teammates from Logic Square as a dedicated team working on our project, including a project manager, three QA engineers, two backend developers, two frontend developers, an SEO specialist, and a web designer.
How did you come to work with Logic Square Technologies?
Logic Square developed a different platform for a friend of mine, and he recommended them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $125,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We did a pre-MVP soft launch of our product in April 2022. Since then, we’ve managed $1.4 million in revenue for our clients in our system. We’ve also successfully managed over 6,000 orders, representing $2.2 billion in real estate value. Currently, we have 251 users, 14% of which are B2B clients, whereas the rest are B2C clients. However, we haven’t started our outbound sales and marketing efforts yet.
How did Logic Square Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Logic Square’s project management was very good at first. Still, I had very high expectations, so they brought in additional project managers to help, which was very good. Throughout the project, they’ve helped me resolve issues I’ve had. Additionally, they’ve been great at making up for areas they were initially lacking. For example, they’ve brought additional QA engineers as needed.
On top of that, Logic Square’s communication is really good, especially now. At any time, no matter if it’s day or night, I can message them and get things done. Additionally, they’re incredibly responsive; their turnaround time on a response in the middle of the night is still within 5–10 minutes. We use several platforms to communicate, including Google Meet, Trello, Google Docs, Slack, and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Logic Square is very involved in our project and acts like a part of our team rather than a paid service provider. They’re invested in our success and put a lot of effort into it. Other service providers come in, do what they’re paid to do, and get out. However, Logic Square is committed to our project and has shown a lot of dedication.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything Logic Square could improve on. If anything, it would have been great if they had communicated better how complex the project would be. However, that was probably caused by a miscommunication issue on my part.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Hire them! They’re a good company, so I don’t have any particular advice for working with them.

Logic Square Technologies has helped a content monetization company develop their platform from scratch, using AWS for hosting. Their scope has included design, wireframing, development, and maintenance.
The platform has been very successful, generating millions of dollars for content creators worldwide. Logic Square Technologies has been agile, communicative, and proactive, and their solutions have saved the client money. Moreover, they’re hardworking and leverage Slack and WhatsApp to collaborate.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of TrueFanz, a platform for monetizing content but with some unique differences. We pay more and faster than other platforms, and we don’t allow adult content. Moreover, our platform is 100% invite-only for creators. We help influencers on social media monetize their audience and earn a residual and predictable income based on their posts.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Square Technologies?
I needed help with building my platform, so I hired Logic Square.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Logic Square has built my platform, taking me through the whole process from idea to deployment. It took them around a year to build the product, and their scope included assessing my idea, wireframing the product, designing it, clearing up some uncertainties, and developing it. Now, they offer continuous maintenance.
To create this platform, Logic Square developed a complex content compression algorithm to help us keep our costs low. This platform stores a lot of encrypted data. As a social media platform, we have hundreds of thousands of users worldwide uploading videos, photos, music, and documents in different formats. Thus, it has the capability to upload hundreds of thousands of terabytes worth of data to AWS.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with 6–8 teammates from Logic Square on the platform’s development. Currently, two of their teammates are assigned to our project for technical and customer support.
How did you come to work with Logic Square Technologies?
When I found Logic Square, I had failed multiple times trying to launch a different product. I found a person who ultimately helped me, but he acted as a liaison between the development team and me, so I didn’t know who the engineers behind that project were.
Still, that team was able to launch the product and develop code efficiently, which was a breath of fresh air. Eventually, I found out that the team behind the project was Logic Square, so I contacted them directly for other projects moving forward.
How much have you invested with them?
I’ve spent around $100,000–$150,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2020 on this product, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The success of this platform has been phenomenal. We’ve expanded worldwide and paid millions of dollars to creators all over the world, processing payments in 112 different currencies.
We’ve basically changed users’ lives, giving them an opportunity to overcome the inflation and job losses they might have experienced due to the COVID-19 pandemic. By using our platform, they not only have gotten back on their feet but thrived.
Since launching our platform, we’ve added services to help our content creators with tax preparation, tax filing, and entity creation, ultimately helping them become a hybrid between creators and entrepreneurs. As a result, we’ve also created a paradigm shift in traditional social media.
Most social media platforms create a pay-to-play environment where users need to pay for ads to get exposure. However, with Logic Square’s help, we’ve created a platform that operates the opposite way because our platform notifies followers about new content posted by the creators, no matter if they have 10 or 10 million followers.
Moreover, thanks to Logic Square’s data storage solution, we’re saving a lot of money on securing our users’ data without compromising the UX, which is a win. Currently, our monthly cost for storing data in AWS is about $600 a month, whereas other companies pay astronomical costs for data storage and security.
How did Logic Square Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Logic Square has even gone above and beyond their line of duty. For example, I’ve had ideas for new features and scope increases, and they’ve over-delivered. I’ve really appreciated Logic Square’s approach; everyone has been on board to create a great product from the beginning, which has been fun.
The development process was agile and took a lot of communication back and forth. Throughout the engagement, we’ve set very flexible deadlines because I understand that roadblocks happen and there are different nuances when it comes to software development. Still, Logic Square has communicated well, and their team has been agile and honest. We use WhatsApp, Slack, and email to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Logic Square cares about their work and wants to do it well. Their team works as if they had a debt with the client and thinks about their client’s products as if they were the users. That approach is very helpful and rare to find — it’s not common among most developers.
Logic Square’s approach has shown through their overall effort. For example, their timeframes are almost ridiculous; they work as if they didn’t sleep. Additionally, they facilitate communication and listen with the intent to engineer.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if Logic Square worked on improving their visibility so that they can be found easier. A lot of great service providers like Logic Square struggle with new client acquisition and generating new business because that’s not their specialty. Therefore, that’s an area in which they can definitely improve, and I hope they do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You have nothing to lose, so get a quote for your project, and you’ll be impressed with that process alone. I’ve recommended Logic Square to people all over the country. Whenever I meet someone interested in developing an app or software piece, I highly recommend them.
Still, as general advice, I’ve always told other stakeholders and product owners to get quotes and designs from different service providers and figure out what team they want to work with. However, as an entrepreneur who has gone through this process before, I can also advise looking at successful products and finding the development team behind them.

Logic Square Technologies developed a travel tech company’s geolocation platform for iOS and Android. They also built a web dashboard that allowed hotels and businesses to update information for travelers.
Although the platform hasn’t launched, Logic Square Technologies worked diligently to get it to a great foundation. They met expectations and stood out for their innovative approach. Moreover, they were heavily invested and communicative, managing the project well via Trello, WhatsApp, and calls.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Vayco+, a tech company that works to connect destinations and travelers by making a simpler one-stop shopping experience whenever they go to new destinations. We know travel is a popular topic in today’s world and people are always looking to create new memories, so we partner with local businesses, hotels, and entertainment in the area to give travelers a more authentic and connected experience.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Square Technologies?
We created a portal for hotels where guests can access the whole property’s amenities from the palm of their hand. We needed someone to help us make the platform simple and user-friendly for hotels and users.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially reached out to Logic Square Technologies and had a meeting with their leadership team. We started the discovery process; the team provided information and feedback. Then, we went through the development process. They used Kotlin and Swift, so it was a completely native application for iOS and Android.
The app used geolocation to know where the user is. We used a third-party provider to connect over 400,000 worldwide so users can have a tour ready as soon as they arrive.
Additionally, one of the biggest features was the connection from the web dashboard to the actual platform. Logic Square Technologies built the web dashboard for hotels and tour providers, which updated real-time information to users so they could look for things to do in their destinations. The feature allowed hotels to upload pictures and manage their platform. Finally, the reservation screen allowed users to make reservations directly through the platform.
What is the team composition?
Vineet (Founder) and Tim (COO) were the leadership team. We had eight teammates, including front- and backend product managers and iOS and Android developers.
How did you come to work with Logic Square Technologies?
We found them through a Google search. They had an office in the place I was living at the time, so they were a local option. We interviewed about 70 service providers, so it was a thorough process. Ultimately, we felt very comfortable with Logic Square Technologies. They wanted to do the project because they cared about it as much as we did; they asked questions and weren’t afraid of making suggestions, which we wanted as a new entrepreneur.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent roughly $44,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began our contract in September 2021, and they completed the project in July 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t been able to launch yet; we’ve taken extra funding to develop more features. We wanted to have a bigger team, so we changed services. However, Logic Square Technologies was a great starting point. They worked diligently to get the platform to a great foundation, and then we took it further. We’ve been able to build off of their product and go in new directions; we’ll do beta testing at the beginning of April.
When we first started the project, I was living in the US, but the bulk of our business was actually in Mexico. After we moved down to Mexico to be closer to the clients we’d presold the software to, the company evolved. The ideas and some of the functionality changed because we changed the way we looked at the business. We got more involved with our partners in a positive way, so we wanted to dive deeper into new avenues and work with tour providers and actual governments and tourism boards. Overall, Logic Square Technologies met our expectation ad delivered exactly what we asked for.
How did Logic Square Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They stayed on budget and were invested in the project. During the development process, Logic Square Technologies gave us milestones and tracking information to see how we were progressing. Our partnership was excellent; we were always in contact with the team, and they never hid anything from us.
Moreover, there was no disconnect in the communication. We were constantly in contact with the senior management, the project manager, and the development team. The project took a bit longer than expected because we added things to the platform that weren’t in the initial scope. However, Logic Square Technologies was able to accommodate us and provide guidance.
We mostly used Trello for project management; it was easy to check if they had issues or were stuck on something. We also had a WhatsApp group chat were we consistently sent screenshots and updates. Other than that, we could always book a call.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their biggest strength was their innovation; they thought about the business and technology at the same time. Logic Square Technologies knew what they were doing and had great experience. Many providers would’ve told us yes to make us happy, but Logic Square Technologies really cared about the project’s success. They weren’t afraid to tell us to consider the impact in the long run.
Overall, it was helpful to work with honest people. They didn’t give us the answer we’d like. Instead, they gave us ideas to take the product to its maximum potential. We credit them for how we implemented everything.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we didn’t have any constructive feedback. We were happy with their service and the price they quoted us. Other companies had astronomical prices compared to the price we paid. Moreover, Logic Square Technologies delivered what we asked for and had 24-hour accessibility, which was nice because their headquarters were in India.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend having a clear vision and path for the project. What I learned as a new entrepreneur was to have defined goals. I’m a creative thinker, so sometimes when I communicated with the engineers, my ideas differed from theirs because I wasn’t detailed enough. If you fine-tune and lock in your answers, you’ll maximize your time with any developer. The more you define your objectives, the more they can understand them and help you accomplish your goal. Overall, things can change, but you want to have a strong core foundation to build off.

Logic Square Technologies provides custom software development services for an artist platform. They’ve built an MVP from scratch that allows artists to interact with their fans and create private communities.
Since launching the MVP with payment capacities, the client has processed $20,000 on the platform. Logic Square Technologies has been outstandingly flexible, responsive, and helpful. They deliver on time, listen to the client, and communicate quickly and effectively via Slack, Notion, and Figma.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Grouped, a software platform for artists to build their private communities.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Square Technologies?
We were building our software with another company but it wasn’t working out. We needed to launch the product in six weeks.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Logic Square Technologies is our app and software development team. They first built our MVP in six weeks. We provided the design and wireframes, but they developed the code from scratch. The team used React, Next.js, MongoDB, and Stripe. Artists can use the app to bring their fans into a private community without distractions. They can answer questions from their fans, reply to video comments, and sell digital products in the community like albums, early access to music, and subscription memberships.
After that first project, we kept going back to Logic Square Technologies. We’ve done four projects together, and they currently do all of our maintenance. Logic Square Technologies has also provided technical consulting services. They’ve helped us model what we want to build, giving us a price, forecasting, and projections. They consult us on the features we want to build to ensure we build them optimally. Overall, Logic Square Technologies gives us suggestions for the technology side of the business, which aligns with the customer experience.
What is the team composition?
Vineet (Founder) is our main point of contact, and Sabyasachi (Project Manager) has been our daily contact since we started the project. Additionally, we’ve worked with seven developers in total.
How did you come to work with Logic Square Technologies?
I was on a podcast with someone who had worked with Logic Square Technologies. I told him about our struggles with app development, and he recommended them. Afterward, I spoke with Vineet, and we started working with Logic Square Technologies.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $110,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Logic Square Technologies in August 2022, and our relationship is ongoing. We have a full-time partnership.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched the MVP right before Halloween and then built payment features that allowed us to monetize. We didn’t have any payments until the middle of December; since then, we’ve processed $20,000 on the platform. We also have about 2,000 users.
Moreover, Logic Square Technologies’ consulting has been super helpful. Thanks to them, we’ve built features that have helped our business and brought us more customers.
We occasionally have bugs, but Logic Square Technologies immediately fixes them if it’s an emergency. If it’s something minor, we let them know that they can wait a bit, but overall, the app has never crashed.
How did Logic Square Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
The budget has been the best part. We’ve paid exactly what they told us, and they’ve actually built extra features for the same budget. They’re also always on time.
For project management, the team lets us pick how often we talk to them. We have a Slack channel to check in every morning and send updates back and forth; Logic Square Technologies is great at communicating the progress. Additionally, we get on calls twice a week and use Notion for the sprints and tickets and Figma and Adobe for the design.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their flexibility sets them apart. The team is great with timing, and they help us fit things into our budget. Overall, Logic Square Technologies listens to us and makes things work so they best fit our business; it’s not a transactional relationship. Most agencies we’ve worked with have it their way or the highway, but Logic Square Technologies just cares about our business and wants us to do well. They’re an excellent partner.
Are there any areas they could improve?
To be honest, we’ve never had a problem with them. They’re flexible, and their communication is almost instantaneous.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You must be proactive and engaged; hiring software developers and not checking in is never a good idea, especially with overseas teams. You should know what you want to build because the developers can’t read your mind. We’ve made that mistake with previous software development teams, but one thing we’ve done well with Logic Square Technologies is talking and checking in daily. We add comments on the Figma board and create our Notion tickets if we find a bug. Overall, we’re on top of the project, so it’s going well.

I’m the head of IT for a startup business processing software firm.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Square Technologies?
We wanted to build out the frontend as well as some business logic for our portal which is offered as a SaaS product to our customers.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
By the time we set up a remote team for ourselves, we couldn’t wait for the entire team to be onboarded, so Logic Square Technologies was used to start the process. They helped with the early stage builds, and it has since become a continuing operation.
Our manufacturing analytics portal offers a unified view of an entire organization, starting from orders to sales to shipping. It is an all-encompassing view of an entire company’s operations. It gives each user a tiered view of what is important to them in the organization. We wanted to build it using MEAN and MERN stacks. Everything above the database design was done by Logic Square Technologies including frontend development and a portion of the business logic.
What is the team composition?
My primary contact is the founder and CEO. We work on the requirements together, which are then passed on to a backend business logic person, a frontend developer, and a UX person.
How did you come to work with Logic Square Technologies?
They were recommended to us by someone who had used their services before.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in January 2019 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our portal is divided into modules that correspond with our customer’s departments, such as sales, customer service, or operations. We released the sales portal portion to the customer last month, and they rated it highly. They have been happy with it and want to see enhancements in the next revision. The customer service portal went live last month, which gives them a view of metrics that they never got to see previously.
How did Logic Square Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been accommodating to changes in the requirements throughout the project. They’ve met the deadlines with the exception of a couple of days here and there, which hasn’t been a big deal.
We use Jira internally, and we also use emails and Excel sheets.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Logic Square Technologies is proactive, and they are actively involved in the requirements. They ask questions about why and how we operate, even at the requirement stage.
Once a project is done, they take a couple of days to optimize it before handing it over to us, even if it is complete. For example, there was a sequence of queries when it came to data storage. It was slowing the page down a little bit, and once we finalized the release, they went back and optimized all the queries and made it one giant page instead of multiple pages, making the page load a lot faster.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be good if we could have access to their internal tracking tool instead of our own bug tracking system or issue tracking system, as we could have a better view of how things run there.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
We have been exceedingly happy with the engagement so far. I highly recommend them.

Logic Square designed and developed a travel website. Features included a booking option with an integrated payment gateway and automated confirmation emails. They also supported updates through a backend portal.
The solution has yet to launch due to financial issues outside the scope of Logic Square’s involvement. They worked through multiple design ideas and gave useful technical advice, and their accommodating style generated satisfaction among internal stakeholders.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
My company aimed to provide personalized experiences to tourists coming to our area.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Square?
I needed an aesthetically appealing website for my company with an integrated payment gateway. People typically research their destinations online, and I wanted to capture a digital audience by providing content on local attractions.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I gave them a brief. They built a site with an online booking option along with a feature to automatically send confirmation emails for bookings. They also integrated a backend portal for information updates.
What is the team composition?
I only interacted with Vineet (Founder, Logic Square Technologies), who served as a project manager. I told him my requirements and had conversations with him.
How did you come to work with Logic Square?
I’d worked with Vineet in the past when I was with other employers. I knew what kind of work he did, and I had built a level of trust.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $1,000–$1,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in November 2017 and the engagement concluded in February 2018.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Some internal financial issues have delayed our launch, but this has nothing to do with Logic Square’s work, which has been satisfactory. We plan to make the site live at some point.
How did Logic Square perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve communicated mostly through email and phone calls. We had weekly discussions to go over the work that had been done, as well as my feedback and suggestions. I got a prompt response every time I required one. We created a lot of spreadsheets to track the work. Vineet did a good job of managing the project. He understood what I required, and, at certain times, he even suggested things that would improve the business integration in terms of features.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They didn’t mind making as many iterations as I asked them to. If there was something I didn’t like, they changed it quickly, without any complaints. Also, they were technically sound, and they provided good ideas on what kinds of technologies I should use, and what would be easier for me to maintain over time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
My only suggestion is that they expand their team.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I recommend sitting down with them and creating a proposal with timelines to ensure a mutual understanding of project requirements. We sometimes missed points that weren’t written down.
