We have worked with 2 people and and the CEO of LooksGreat. The most nice thing is that CEO itself was involved in every deliverable. He is very smart guy with years of experience in design and project delivery.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As of today we see the much higher conversion to trials and higher engagement on the website. Our cost of new trial is decreased by 40% if comparing with the previous version.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We've used separate board in Jira and work communication in Slack. As we were working on the contract base, it was easy to discuss and align our progress on weekly calls with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

People. The whole team is really nice, very supportive, and professional. They are always having couple of solutions under the table in case we are struggling with the decision.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Grow the team. That would be lovely to see them as our partners again in the future.
