Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work covered the end-to-end development of our AutoPricer platform, not just a marketing website. The project included three core components: 1. Data Crawler & Backend Infrastructure Development of a scalable Python-based crawler that scrapes automotive listings from used car listings websites and stores normalized data into PostgreSQL. Design of active/inactive listing logic with resilient retry handling, multi-threading, and automated database synchronization. Implementation of a Pricing API using FastAPI + SQLAlchemy, providing endpoints for price analytics, filters, time-series, and budget-based car search. 2. Frontend Web Application (Next.js) Creation of a fully responsive Next.js (React + TypeScript) frontend with Tailwind, Redux Toolkit, shadcn/ui, and Framer Motion. Development of interactive features such as: Advanced car search with filters (brand, model, year, fuel, etc.) Price analysis dashboards (avg, median, distribution) Budget-based comparisons with pagination 3. Integration & Delivery Proxy routing and API integration via server-side endpoints. Initial performance optimization, SEO structure, and deployment guidelines. Handover with full technical documentation and support for future scaling. Key Deliverables Production-ready crawler service with PostgreSQL integration FastAPI analytics backend Next.js frontend application with full UI/UX Technical documentation & deployment instructions

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key measurable outcomes are:

• A fully functional live platform (backend, frontend, and data pipeline) delivered on time.
• Stable performance and clean architecture allowed me to start driving traffic and testing user behaviour.
• The platform is now ready for the next phase of my strategy — real market data, user growth, and monetization.

Their project management was excellent. I had a dedicated Project Manager who not only communicated clearly but also deeply understood the technical side of the work. They delivered milestones on time, kept me updated at every stage, and were proactive in offering better solutions when needed. Whenever I had new requests or changes, they responded quickly and adapted without losing momentum.

What impressed me most was their true product mindset. They didn’t just “build what I asked” — they challenged my ideas, suggested smarter solutions, and thought several steps ahead. It felt like working with a partner, not just a vendor. Their ability to combine deep technical expertise with real business understanding is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lucrumond could have done differently?

Overall, I’m very satisfied. If anything, I would have appreciated even more QA activities and testing rounds — but that’s more about fine-tuning than any issue. They were always open to feedback and quick to adapt.
