Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We are always keen to find ways to improve the efficiency of our business. LWP group were initially tasked with automating aspects of our online marketing response processes. The scope of the project evolved slightly to ensure our CRM and ATS were integrated into the automation. Ideal outcomes for us were better client and candidate engagement rates and reduced data input requirements.

Higher rates of engagement with clients and candidates.

More efficient data capture, input and tracking.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Very good and easy to work with. We had telephone conversations, exchanged WhatsApp messages and the occaisional email/ dropbox for large files. 

I cannot fault the project management - everything was done within the outlined timeframes, and we were happy with the outcomes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I didn't know what I didn't know about automation. It's unbelievable what can be acheived with the right partner and some joined up thinking. We've seen a massive increase in our engagement rates with the businesses we work with and the candidates too. Working with LWP has opened my eyes and I'm excited to work with them again on a new project that is in the pipeline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LWP Group could have done differently?

It's difficult to pick holes in something when I have been so impressed. However, one thing that could be improved is the payment terms. We were offered a retained model and a project fee - in retrospect I would have happily paid a retainer to engage services on an ongoing basis, but paying the project on a fee basis was fine, albeit a little more expensive than the retained model.
