I am the Growth Marketing Manager of Tokinomo, a company that created a unique robotic in-store marketing solution for FMCG brands and grocery retailer.

We redesigned our website and needed an agency with Hubspot CMS experience to implement the new design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for agencies and after a few talks, based on their experience and portfolio, we decided to go with them.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss objectives. We were assigned to a project manager and from there we had weekly meetings to discuss the status of the project and review the pages, fixes and updates.

A project manager was our single point of contact and the collaboration was very smooth.
