I had sent over a 2 page document with both Desktop and Mobile edits I'd like made to my new Shopify theme along with dozens of mockups in a google drive folder to better illustrate what I wanted done. This included edits to my homepage, product page, cart page, navigation menu, add to cart dropdown, and more.

• Completed all desktop edits.

I'd grade their project management as an A overall. They were slightly late on delivering on time but it was a complex job. It took 3-4 revisions where I reviewed the new theme and made notes of tasks that were still incomplete and some messaging back and forth explaining what was still incomplete but overall they were very responsive and were able to complete all tasks with great quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've worked with 3 other Shopify experts for similar tasks and Mandasa was the best at delivering what I wanted. If a task was incomplete they were able to understand what was needed to finish the task.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mandasa Technologies Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Only thing I can think of is to make the job go smoother, once they reviewed my task document and the mockups I sent over I would've liked them to send me additional questions on any tasks they didn't understand 100%. Having to review the theme 3-4 times to make sure tasks were 100% completed and then finding out they tasks weren't done wasn't ideal.

The workflow was easy to understand as I simply emailed Mandasa Technologies with any questions or concerns and they typically responded in a couple hours to 1 business day if I emailed extremely late after business hours. Otherwise, they are very prompt.
