BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and CEO and owner of Nilforoushzadeh Clinic that provides the best services in the field of dermatology with the most advanced technologies of the world. We have a unique and knowledgeable tea of technicians, medical assistants, physicians and dermatologists. Our specialists have vast experience in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin diseases , skin rejuvenation, and cosmetics treatments.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Mavaranet, and what were your goals?

We needed to be known in the online space and to instil people's trust in our face-to-face in the virtual space. We needed to increase our sales and also better expose our outstanding services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mavaranet company is well-known in our field of work, however, before signing the contract, my advertising team did a lot of research in this direction and had meetings with several companies, and finally, we reached this choice. The advice of my reliable colleagues was also effective in this cooperation.

After writing the contract with the business manager, a WhatsApp group was created to exchange information between me and other employees of the Mavaranet company. In this group, all activities are done under my supervision and published on the site and Instagram after my approval. All videos are edited by Mavaranet and the posts are designed according to the organizational color of our clinic.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Almost 15 people work on my project. Some of these people are managers in different departments. Other people have the following responsibilities:

• Graphic designer
• Photographer and cameraman
• Video Editor
• Social media manager
• Marketing manager
• Creative manager, etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For example SEO and our rankings in Google, I can say that our position has improved from page 10 or 15 to page 1 and 2 and even Rank 1 of page 1 in very keywords.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have in-person meetings once a week in our office to go over our project performance and discuss about ideas. We used Whatsapp to communicate. I’m a special client for theme, therefore they were very responsive to my needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a full-service agency, so I don't need to hand over a part of my needs to another company. And also they know well the medical era and can understand doctors.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can tell about their time management. They have a lot of customers and are usually short on time.
