What challenge were you trying to address with Mediartem AI?

We were looking for ways to create efficiencies in our existing processes and automate areas where possible.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mediartem AI provided a two-phase project. The first phase was a generative AI training across the combined teams, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, plus departmental deep dives and 1:1 surgeries. The second phase was a process transformation project from September–December 2025. Mediartem AI delivered three tools to assist with automation: the Headshot Normalizer, the Salesforce events dashboard, and the Stripe email chaser (finance).The Headshot Normalizer standardized the formatting of marketing deliverables and photos, saving hours of time for the team. The Salesforce events dashboard created an email dashboard for our community to inform them of their selections for attendance and assisted with chasing. The Stripe email chaser automated some of the manual finance processes relating to Stripe.

• The objective was to modernize the Institute's Our main goal was to bring our team up to speed with AI in a way that was practical and directly applicable to our work. Mediartem AI conducted a two-day AI workshop for our team, with each day consisting of four hours of interactive training.

Before the workshop, we had an initial consultation meeting to understand the organization's background, needs, and objectives.  Later, they sent us a pre-workshop survey to assess participants' existing AI knowledge and identify their areas of interest. Based on our answers, they created a customized presentation tailored specifically to our requirements. 
The workshop itself was a mix of theoretical concepts and practical applications based on hands-on exercises and real-world examples relevant to our work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most visible outcome was the possibility to immediately apply to our actual work what was learnt during those two days. Team members started using AI tools and techniques right away, rather than treating the training as theoretical knowledge for future use. This workshop will help us in practical skills development, as I believe we gained hands-on skills with AI tools specific to our work context.

They demonstrated real flexibility by adjusting quickly to our questions and eventual concerns.

What stood out most about Mediartem AI was its personalized approach. Many training companies claim to offer "customized" workshops, but Mediartem AI actually delivered on that promise. They invested time upfront—through consultation meetings and surveys—to understand exactly who we are, what we needed, and where our team was starting from in terms of AI knowledge. What really impressed me was how they managed to engage a group with different backgrounds and AI knowledge levels. Everyone—from beginners to more experienced users—walked away having learned something valuable. That's incredibly difficult to achieve, and they made it look effortless. They maintained a high level of professionalism while keeping the sessions engaging and accessible. It's this combination—authentic personalization, inclusive teaching, and immediate practical value—that makes them stand out.

I started using AI tools much more intensely after the training. I used them a couple of times a day, whereas I only used them once a week before the training. The training was tailored to our needs, and we had plenty of use cases from which we could benefit in our everyday jobs.

I always needed to look for new leads for my company and had a practical question. Mediartem AI even sent me a very detailed prompt after the education. The team did a great job and used prompting to look for and draft the list of new leads.
