We hired Medicus to find a medical professional, MD or DO, for our practice. We meet with them 2 or 3 times prior to the start of the project. They all stated the area was good for them to find a candidate, that the pay scale was market value, and that the fees from them would be competitive.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After a year of very few candidates to choose from, 1 never showed after arrangements were made, 1 asked for well over the offer, and after meeting with us in person, 1 stopped all correspondence after taking the offer. They blamed the new representative they trained and us for not offering enough compensation. 

So we got a new representative "the best in the district" and we upped our pay scale. 6 more months and still 1 provider was sent to us, we never even connected with him before he said no to us. This whole company is filled with deception.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

This is the most deceptive company I have ever worked with. They made promise after promise of a good candidate ( provider) for our office. They started with just this cost and this minor fee. That turned into thousands of dollars including us paying for a representative from their company training our representative flying from Georgia and charging us for the expense.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

At first, meeting them, the big draw was the personalities of the company representatives. They seemed upfront and honest. The presentation was a solid fee for services and not the standard fees here and fees on that with some other companies we looked at. With these two factors, we felt safe in our choice of working with The Medicus Firm.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Medicus Firm could have done differently?

They could have followed through in finding us a candidate for our office. If at some point they realized they were unable to fill the position and owned to the inabilities and offered to reduce cost maybe we would not feel as strongly as we do.
