Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a founder and CEO of EcoFriends. Our team cares about the world we live in. So we promote and sell stylish, eco-friendly homeware and cosmetics for people who care too. Also we have groceries in our store. We exist to continually drive change and contribute to the kinder, cleaner, greener world we all deserve to live in and enjoy.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mifort, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create an online shop. Beautiful, easy to use online shop, where we can sell all our products.

I selected this vendor through recommendations from my friend who has worked with Mifort priviously

Design and development of the website. They also are supporting us with the management of the website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Tbh I’m not a tech person so all the management issues were on Mifort. I just discussed my requirements with an account manager and project manager. As far as I know, there were working one developer, one designer, and a project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were aimed at receiving extra orders. And we started receiving them more on a daily basis, and with time the number is increasing.

Project manager was in touch with me all the time and everything was executed according to the plan.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked their flexibility and good communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Satisfied with performance as it is.

I am the Tech Lead at Cloud Communication Company. We provide B2C cloud communication and Web Telephony experience that brings Business on a new level of communication with its Clients.

Creating a platform receiving calls from social networks, websites, phones and CRMs in one place. Creating Landing page to promote the Web Application.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to make call communication very comfortable for users with the solution created by Mifort team.

How did you select this vendor?

I browsed an outsourcing platform and came across Mifort. Reviews from past customers were nice, then I decided to discuss my project in details. The project manager clearly and quickly got my ideas. I talked to developers and decided to hire the whole team.

The work of the team was coordinated well thanks to the Project Manager. Project Manager helped to implement our ideas into life. Mifort designer made the platform easy to use with good UX and attractive UI attracted users. Mifort provided Front-end developers created project with HTML/CSS and Angular, back-end developers worked on their side with Java.

Team also created OpenSource library as a wrapper over WebRTC. Mifort built a cloud communication application making it possible to receive a call in one place and answer to it in browser or mobile application. Developers added recording function and logic for statistics of calls in order see what takes a lot of time and, consequently, improve people's business communication.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of the following specialists: 1 Project Manager, 1 UI/UX Designer, 4 Frontend developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Created solution from very scratch of ideas made possible to create a business of YayFon company from 0 to the current state of thouthands of users.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project Manager coordinated team according to Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodology. This way of management was effective in practice. It was possible to change priorities during development. I saw the progress every 2 weeks, all tasks were done on time as planned.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mifort really cared about my desires. The manager helped to find a common solution between the co-founder and me. And I appreciated the quality work of developers.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If I have new ideas for improvement to make my platform better and definitely will work with Mifort on them.
