moat8 is an AI development company. We build AI systems that take over the manual work inside a business — and we build them to actually run in production, not to look good in a demo.

What that means in practice: we take a process that people do by hand, train a model on the client's own data, put it into production, and give the team a clear interface where they make the decisions and the system handles the routine.

What we have built:
— Influencer sourcing and outreach that used to be manual. The system now finds creators, contacts them, and negotiates; people handle exceptions. Output went from 600 placements a month to 2,000.
— Competitor tracking that took 45 days and ended in a quarterly report. It now takes two hours and produces a live signal.
— Interior renders for property listings that cost 7,000 ₽ each and were made by hand. They now cost 200 ₽, and the system produces them at any volume.

We work with companies that have their own data, a process that has hit a ceiling, and often a failed AI attempt behind them. Where confidentiality matters, the entire system runs on the client's own servers — no data leaves their network.

The client owns the result: the model, the code, and the rights to all of it.
