We’ve had an increase in clients. We’ve had about 30–40 customers per month since August 2023. The website is great, and we love it.

Monkey Wizard Media’s project management is excellent. They deliver quickly. After working with their team, we’ve recorded a maximum of 16 customers in one day. We communicate via phone calls and text messages.

We needed help with our SEO. Due to some updates on Google, some of the keywords we were ranking for got demoted. Thus, we asked Monkey Wizard Media to help us recover our ranking.

Monkey Wizard Media has helped us with SEO, website design, and marketing. Initially, we had a lot of meetings with them, and they also provided us with some documents to explore and find out what we wanted. Since then, they've mainly helped us with marketing and web design. Their work has included helping us with our content and blogs, as well as optimizing our category page to make it more SEO-friendly because we had too little content on our website initially.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before working with Monkey Wizard Media, we were spending a lot of money on ads, and our ROI was about two. Since then, our ROI has increased to five. Additionally, their work has kept our business alive. Last summer, we had a huge spike in our sales, but after the summer ended, we had issues maintaining our sales volume. Now, one year later, we're still in business.

How did Monkey Wizard Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything related to project management has been as expected. Although there have been a few delays, those have been on our end because we've been learning throughout the process.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We would like to give Dimitri a shout-out because he has been great at following up. Before we started working together, he had a clear goal for us: to find issues and present opportunities. His work has been very beneficial, and we've continued working together to date.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We tried to work with other companies before, but our communication didn't work that well. Since working with Monkey Wizard Media, something that we've really liked is the added value they provide.  For example, they've provided us with reporting dashboards and information to see how our ads are going, which is something great we didn't ask for. Moreover, they've sent us monthly and weekly reports, which we've found very beneficial.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Currently, there's nothing we can comment on in terms of improvement. Monkey Wizard Media has provided exactly what we wanted, so we've received what we've asked for.

Start with them as soon as possible.
