The creation of videos is a creative process, so not a straight line. If you add to that the fact that I had never been involved in creating such videos before, what you end up having is a receipe for diaster. The first two videos came with a signifcant learning curve for me, with rewrites and changes in direction. This must have been very frustrating for all working with me, but they responding with patience and grave, and managed to create something very special, at an effective price.

The third video is the one in which I knew what I was doing, so it is the one they in terms of project management should be judged by. In this case they were on time and the project was carefully and skillfully managed by them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were a very creative and talented team. What they produced was excellent, and how they dealt with my rewrites on the first two videos should see them all being made saints. Really appreciated this patience. Hoping with future videos that I will in turn be the ideal client.

I gave them feedback on creating a deliverable timetable for the first two videos which then was created for the third. I think this was to the benefit of all, holding me as well as them accountable and responsible for delivery goals.
