MTechForge is a boutique embedded engineering consultancy delivering full-stack hardware and software solutions — electronics design, firmware, control systems, and UI — under one accountable team.

We work with early-stage hardware and deep-tech startups that need to move fast without cutting corners on engineering rigor. Rather than fragmenting a project across multiple vendors or specialist subcontractors, we own the entire embedded stack: architecture and PCB design, firmware and software development in modern C/C++, real-time control systems, ROS2 for robotics, and Qt/QML interfaces for desktop and embedded platforms.

We've deliberately kept our team small — by design, not by circumstance. Every engineer at MTechForge is senior, and every client works directly with the people doing the engineering, not through layers of account management or junior hand-offs. MTechForge was founded on the strength of our engineers' individual backgrounds — including work on distributed control systems for large-scale physical experiments, medical devices, robotics, consumer electronics, and cryptocurrency hardware. We built the company to bring that depth to safety-critical and regulated domains from day one.

We follow a structured process — Discovery, Architecture & Design, Implementation, and Support & Handover. We use AI as a productivity tool, not a crutch, with every line of code reviewed by senior engineers.
