I work for medical device companies. The first company is a sports recovery brand and we sell products like TENS + EMS units, massagers, hot and cold packs, etc. to help people recover faster and perform better. The second one focuses on selling drug-free pain relief products to help elderly people get back to a pain-free life they deserve. I am the creative director and am in charge of all the designs, web, and printing that you see.

We hired them to provide us with a short animated video for our products. Some included rendering a man to show off how the products worked, and others were simply to show how to set up the devices.

Their goal was to explain our products in a way consumers can understand and so that they have a video that they can always refer to.

They were to provide us 3D animation of our products so that we include these shots in an overall product video that would be seen on Youtube, other social media sites, and email campaigns.

From what I remember it was just Yuriy and the animation team. The team was always in contact and never changed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received amazing animation that has been unmatched so far. The communication was excellent and Yuriy's attitude was fantastic. Even when we asked for small last-minute changes he still had a great attitude and provided no pushback.

When he shared his professional opinion it was always courteous and respectful. The ads have been received well and reduced calls significantly about how to set up the devices.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very effective. We used Excel to map out the project and communicated via email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Yuriy's attitude about every change we made was impressive. He always seemed willing to help and that's exactly who we want to work with. He also communicated very well and always got back to us. We have worked with other animators who we constantly have to remind about changes that need to be done but Yuriy and his team were on point always.

What were your goals for this project?

They were hired to increase awareness of our new technology and have those new to our technology to understand what it is, what it does, and what the benefits are to both patients and practitioners.

After going through a rigorous process of interviewing four to five companies, we liked Nanobot the best. The combination of past quality projects, an understanding of what we were trying to achieve, cost, and responsiveness are what made us move forward with Nanobot in the end.

After discussing our project in detail, we laid out a logical path forward. We storyboarded, wrote the script, choose the voice-over, went back and forth on graphics, and in conclusion, came out with an excellent video we were very happy with.

We've had thousands of views and many positive comments. There is no doubt Nanobots video has led to an increase in revenue and an increase in enthusiasm for our technology.

It was important for us to have a scientifically correct presentation of the technology, which Nanobot has succeeded with. We are currently using the video on various platforms and do receive a positive feedback!

We were initially introduced to Nanobot through a LinkedIn connection and after their presentation as well as when the needed for a MoA arose, we simply felt confident to proceed with the company!

We created a brief for the project and worked on a script for the chosen voice-over. Nanobot has then delivered a 2D render of the animations and after all the corrections, they could proceed with a 3D version, which was then finalised.

We have received a very positive feedback from our stakeholders who thought that the MoA video was educational and helped them to better understand our technology.

There was quite a few back and forward emails with needed corrections and explanations, but in the end we got there!

Their competitive pricing and rapid delivery were impressive.

A bit more attention to details I guess in terms of what the client wants and asks for, versus the delivered material to avoid repetitive corrections.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to create an unique VR experience showing the fertilization process and how our products can improve it.

At the beginning we provided a rough story board and together we finalized it. Afterwards we regularly received previews (images and videos) to check if everything is going the right direction. We wrote the text and Nanobot Medical managed the whole voice over process with speakers. They also tested the video on different devices and provided the final clips.

What was the team composition?

We were always in contact with both CEO and the Accountant. The Accountant changed one time but that was never an issue.

I’m the project lead at NeuroTidal Dx. We develop a CSF and blood-based diagnostic technology that detects and stages neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s early, aiming to improve healthcare outcomes and simplify the diagnostic process.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire NANOBOT Group to accomplish for your medical diagnostics project at NeuroTidal Dx?

We hired NANOBOT Group to animate our biomarker assay to visualize and explain our innovation and its impact on a wide audience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NANOBOT Group was responsible for developing a scientific animation explaining our biomarker assay. This included translating the scientific concept into a clear visual narrative, developing the storyboard and animation, and producing the final animated video. 
The animation highlights the challenges in diagnosing neurodegenerative diseases, explains the role of amyloid fibrils, and demonstrates how our patented product, FibrilPaint1, can bind to and visualize these fibrils in blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples. The final deliverable was a completed animation illustrating the value and potential impact of the FibrilPaint-based assay.
During our collaboration, NANOBOT Group first provided a preliminary storyboard, which included the script, still images, and an estimated timing for each scene. Through several subsequent feedback rounds, the animation was further refined based on our input regarding the storyline, script, visualizations, subtitles, etc.
After each round of revisions, they incorporated our comments and verified that the requested changes had been implemented as intended by providing additional examples/preliminary still scenes before proceeding to the next stage of production. 
They also provided a list of voice actors, including multiple examples of their previous work, allowing us to select the most suitable option. Before recording the final narration with the selected voice actor, they first integrated a temporary robotic voice-over to allow us to make final adjustments to the script and timing of the animation.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because of their high ratings, pricing that fit our budget, and pleasant communication.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from February 2026–April 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve shown the animation to several people, including those from other areas of expertise, and they clearly understood the message of the animation. The communication of our technology, therefore, appears to have been improved via the animation provided by NANOBOT Group.

How did NANOBOT Group perform from a project management standpoint?

We gave them a very tight deadline, and they clearly delivered. NANOBOT provided us multiple rounds of revision opportunities, starting with a storyboard, a subsequent first version of the animation on lower-quality shots, some high-quality still images, and finally a high-quality animation with a final chance to make minor improvements on the subtitles, color use, and texts in the scenes. 
They responded quickly, acted fast on our suggestions, and worked hard to make the deadline work. Throughout the process, we mostly communicated via email. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Their ability to deliver high-quality work within short timelines, combined with a strong balance between cost and quality and clear, pleasant communication throughout the project, was very impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One minor improvement could be for them to provide more options or suggestions for the content of scenes, infographics, and presentation styles. As we’re not experienced with animation, we’re not always aware of all the possibilities or able to recognize the full potential of certain visual approaches. 
Although they did provide examples and various options on request, some additional guidance in this area could be helpful. That said, we also recognize that providing more extensive creative direction would likely have been difficult to implement within the constraints of our project timeline.
