I am the Owner of UHS+ which is the super specialty clinic of Ubik Healthcare and Surgical Services which was established in 2018 with an aim to provide specialised treatment for endocrine and breast related disorders.

We hired Neurapses Technologies to help us for building and executing our branding and marketing strategy. The Team worked very professionally to do a market research and build a strategy. They built the complete Website and takes care of all our digital marketing activites like SEO, Google Adword Campaign, Facebook Campaign. We have got very good results and wish to establish a long term business relation with the team at Neurapses.

We got this vendor through a reference who had already experienced the services of the company. The deciding factor was the quality of work and professionalism with which the team takes up any project.

The Scope of Work and Key Deliverables are:

1. Building of Responsive Website in Wordpress for Online Booking of Appointment
2. SEO of Website with on Page and off Page optimisation
3. Running Google Adwords and Facebook Campaigns
4. Social Media Optimisation
5. Creating Logo, Posters and Graphic Design
6. All Branding Activites.

One Project Manager was single point of contact for us, He used to understand all our requirement and deliver the same within stipulated time frame. One Designer and One Developer were assigned during initial periods of the project. Currently One Digital Marketing Person is assigned for all our Digital marketing Activities.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After Launching the Website and starting with all Social Media Campaign we are getting 80% of the leads from Website and through our Digital marketing Campaigns.

We had weekly meeting to discuss the update. We used Azure and Nifty as the project management tool to keep a track of all the timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Team had been very transparent about the timelines with great dedication and have taken the complete ownership of the work. We never have to chase them for any update. The team is proactive and likes to share knowledge about their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initially there were some bugs in the Website and they took time to understand the market and the efficiency of the campaigns were low but now we dont have any issues and the team is doing a great job. We are very happy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neurapses Technologies Pvt Ltd?

We initially worked with an offshore development team, but we wanted to find a partner who was bought into the long-term direction of our venture, versus just completing a project. 

We were trying to resolve customer indecision regarding digital experiences by creating an AI recommendation engine. We wanted the engine to be white-labeled and live behind a website or app and to personalize each user's items, recommendations, and copy. 

We had the product but didn’t have any existing sales, and we were pivoting business models. We had to start everything from scratch and make changes to the website, the physical product, and the software team dynamics.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The original product was already on the market, and we were testing that with a few thousand beta users. Neurapses helped us when it came to determining whether the software was addressing core problems and, if it wasn’t, they diverted resources to the right place. 

What is the team composition?

It really varied, but we worked with between 3–7 people at a time. We interacted with back- and frontend engineers, designers, data scientists, and systems analysts. 

How did you come to work with Neurapses Technologies Pvt Ltd?

We found them through a personal connection. One of my partners knew the founder and introduced us. We talked with Vikash (Director) and the management team to see if the engagement would be a good fit. We aligned on culture and tech stack, and they had the long-term outlook we valued, so we moved forward. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $305,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in August 2020, and the project ended in June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They helped us sign on over 20 tester clients in less than two months to demo the product, integrate it, and provide feedback. We saw an increase in site traffic and customers, but we weren’t charging those customers since it was still the testing phase. 

The partnership worked well for us. It felt like we had full buy-in from the Neurapses team, and the engineers cared about the project. They were wonderful to work with, and we definitely got the full bargain of what we paid for. 

I really liked their development methodology. They tried to develop everything quickly and gain as much feedback as possible during the process, so it was very agile in that respect. 

How did Neurapses Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They were good at maintaining constant communication, especially given that we’re based out of Chicago and they’re based out of the UK and India. 

The time zones were different, but they were always responsive no matter what. We used Google Suite tools and Zoom. We also used Jira to roadmap the product and track targets, and we used Asana for project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed by their flexibility. Software development is fluid in nature, and things change quickly. Neurapses was really stellar when it came to adapting the plan and the roadmap as things progressed, and we tested more. They embraced change and worked with us. 

We’ve worked with other development shops that were hard to get in touch with, and once we got ahold of them, they didn’t like making changes to the requirements because it wasn’t in the original agreement. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I honestly have nothing they could improve on. We had a really pleasant experience all around.
