Our main goal has been to automate our email marketing, while ensuring the backend of our website's data and automation triggers are connected to Retainly and firing correctly. This has included setting up triggers and data sets, troubleshooting automations, and going through step-by-step walkthroughs with our team to help us setup these workflows. Newage and Retainly have also been responsible for direct conversations with our tech team to ensure certain marketing initiatives are working correctly.

Newage.io is a team of high-professional specialists who solve every request and we have a huge scope of work indeed. So we've bought Salesforce subscription for business needs but it demands a lot of additional features development and investigations to meet our requirements that's why we've taken the decision for cooperating with Newage.

We set the tasks, and the Newage team is responsible for investigation, development, implementation and testing. Mainly we work on improvements for the customer care department, thus for this period we implemented a lot of tasks. Previousy we worked with other team but they didn't cope with the tasks we set but Newageis doing it perfectly.

We have daily communication in slack +weekly meetings for storytelling and discussing the results. When a newage team realizes some tasks, they makes a demo for us beforehand to make sure that everything is as we want and that we understand how it works. They deliver all the tasks on time, if additional investigation is needed, they warn about it in advance

We're impressed with their clear, transparent communication, that makes the process of setting and describing the tasks simply and understandable. Also like that newage team always can explain difficult things in simply words for their non-technical customers

A Salesforce CRM system for Trading Platform that gives us possibility to manage Leads/Traders started from KYC operations continuing with all the basic options like Leverage Change Request Approval and ending with PNL tracking. Can't hide the excitement how effective the project was for our Reporting, Statistics Analysis and for overall productivity.

Well organised team that offers both scrum and kanban methodologies, providing all the required roles to cover whole communication cycle including delivery. Everything was delivered on time with few very reasonable bugs, that were fixed almost instantly.
