We have worked with Vlad and his team in the past. Their previous work had been exceptional so they were a logical choice.

CTO was the main point of contact for design and approvals. We mainly worked with two developers for the actual project.

I'm the CTO and co-founder of AXDRAFT. We help companies draft, store and sign legal documents.

We were trying to create a Salesforce AppExchange application for AXDRAFT to enable drafting sales contracts and syncing with the SF instances of our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We spoke to a number of vendors and Noltic had the best idea of how to implement our solution. They also performed similar projects in the past.

We sat down to create a diagram of the flow follow by a more detailed architecture session. Once that was down we set a cadence of meetings and went on to work on the project.

Two people: senior Salesforce engineer and Salesforce architect.

Very effective. We had 1 call per week and a joint Slack channel.

The product is live across most of our brands and generating millions in term of turnover.

Deadlines were always respected. Project is on track and the team is fully involved with keeping the product alive.

We have been working with the Noltic team on integration between our applications and Salesforce to create one cohesive infrastructure with a relevant real-time view of the sales process. We needed a team to help us with integrations, migrations and support of the Salesforce products.

We were looking for someone in Ukraine as we have an office there and Noltic was chosen as one of the most experienced Salesforce consultants in Ukraine.

They helped with designing the solution, supported TIBCO integration, migrated data from our systems into SF, and set up integration of data with the website. From the early stage Noltic team helped to brainstorm ideas and investigate possible options and solutions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have completed the first stage of moving the data to Salesforce that included successful migration, updates to integration to fix all the issues. Now we are working on the next solution to streamline the other processes. The fast and easy integration has helped our sales team to increase productivity with one central hub to access all information, avoid missing important data, information and updates.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication has been easy and fast. The team has been efficient in providing the solution. They will go another mile to meet client expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are flexible and adjust to our requests. It has helped us to get some outstanding results.
