Nonagon Productions was initially tasked to create a virtual tour for one of our rental properties. The instructions were simple: capture every detail and make a video that "pops" - a video that will be clicked on and viewed above those of the competition. The scope of deliverables changed during the process as we added extras multiple cameras and drone footage. Upon completion of the project, we also extended the work with a monthly contract to include several other properties.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Prospective tenants responded to the ads quickly. There was a higher rate of emails and calls about the property in a much shorter time period, which was the original goal. Site visits increased and the property lease was signed within two days of posting the video.

The owner was very professional and explained every step. Refreshingly, Nonagon Productions has a detailed pricing structure that explains every step of what must be done and why it must be done and what is optional and what is a must have. The videographer arrived on time and was very professional, taking time to get every angle. The entire production process was carefully thought through and the result turned what should have been a typical real estate video into a work of art.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professionalism, courtesy and prompt delivery of the work product. We provided the owner with a concept of what was expected. He listened to our ideas and then offered even better alternatives. We give high marks for creativity and value pricing, so much so that we have signed an ongoing contract.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nonagon Productions could have done differently?

They were great; we wish we had hired them sooner.
