The scope of work has been simply to provide growth to our business, specifically in email marketing. Our core targets have been to maintain 33% of email attributed revenue, and scale upwards steadily. We've wanted to have a higher proficiency in our business, which would mean email marketing is the largest part of our growth plan.

We hit our target in 30 days; 33% Klaviyo attribution. We are now seeing higher engagement, open rates and conversion rates across all parts of our email structure.

Every person in the team is clearly an expert, no juniors applied to our account or anyone who is new to email marketing. I know others we've worked with use cheap people, and sometimes from cheap countries. These folk don't do that, they hire well and they clearly apply a lot of due diligence to their team members. It's been a very impressive partnership for this reason, they are easy to trust.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Normal Company could have done differently?

Quicker to get going, but this was justified.
